Looked great in pictures -
I'm a huge Converse enthusiast, and I wet my pants when I saw these. I ordered them when my size came it, but when I saw them in person, I was disappointed. The picture shows a very smooth, dull leather, but in reality, the stripe is ULTRA shiny. To any potential buyers, the leather stripe is very very shiny.

Zappos is fantastic!!
I have ordered many items from Zappos and have been very pleased with the availability, quality, fit and appearance of the items. The items are always packaged very nicely and the return policy and process is very easy and convenient. In addition, Zappos' customer service is excellent! My family and I are very happy customers and will continue to order on Zappos.com.

Classic and classy...
Love the bling addition to keep it in step with the shine trend. It fits true to the size and consistent comfort with the classic.

Comfortable classic -
I chose the white with black oxford trim. They reminded me of my high school days, when every one wore Black and white dirty oxfords. Both boys and girls. I also own a Black and White Harley Davidson, which they complement. I've been waiting on these a long time. Perfect Classic Nostalgia. Nostalgia.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
