Good wedding shoe, considering -
First, the ad says the heel is 3 1/2 inches - it's closer to 4 inches. Half an inch makes a huge difference. It definitely puts more strain on the balls of your feet and your ankles. My husband is 9 inches taller than I am, so I made the sacrifice so our wedding photos didn't look funny. I walked around the house in them a LOT prior to the wedding to break them in and to get used to walking in such high heels. However, I wore them from 4pm-11:30pm (on my feet nearly the entire time) without taking them off. That's right - no barefoot dancing at my wedding. There certainly was some discomfort, and once I took them off there was no way I could get them back on. My bridesmaids said my foot print was indented into the sole of the shoe (yes, indented). And for the next 2 days I could only wear very padded flip-flops b/c the balls of my feet hurt so bad (and my pinky toes were tingling for 3 days). But, beauty is pain and the shoes looked really elegant. So, long story short - I was able to wear them for almost 8 hours straight. You be the judge. Oh, if you're in between sizes, I recommend going larger.

Break 'em in girls!
Well...let me tell you. These looked STUNNING. I had a 50's style, tea length dress and this shoe was beyond perfect. I managed them for about an hour before my feet hurt and had to slip into some little ballerina slippers for the meal. If I had broken them in I believe it would have gotten rid of most of the problems. They didn't rub anywhere, but were a bit tight across the toes which rules out pads for the balls of your feet.

Not bad, but...
I bought these for a wedding I'm going to be in and ended up returning them for two reasons: the heel is four inches, not three and a half as marked; also, the width is too narrow for my foot. Below I indicated the shoe felt true to width because I do tend to have a wide foot, but I am usually able to get away with standard width.

Awesome Shoes!
These shoes are perfect for my wedding day! The ivory is perfect and matches my dress very well. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8 (most often a 7.5), so based on reviews I ordered a 7.5 and they fit great! They are a little high - I agree with the other reviewers in that the heel is more like 4 inches. For me this works great, though, because now I won't need to get my dress hemmed. They are definitely tall and may require some practice, but they are so elegant and sexy that it will be worth it!

I bought this particular shoe to wear with a light ivory dress that I will be wearing for my vow renewal ceremony. The color of this shoe is light ivory. There are NO cream or yellow undertones. It is extremely comfortable. The back heel does not cut in like many other shoes I have purchased with this type of heel. The picture does not come close to doing this shoe justice! It looks elegant and sexy on. I have not worn this shoe other than to try them. I did walk around for a few minutes in them on carpeted floor to make sure the back heel would not 'cut in' and my foot would not slip forward. I would give this shoe 10 stars if Zappos offered that rating!

I ordered this shoe for my wedding and it fit and looked perfect! I normally wear an 8.5, but took the advice from other reviews and ordered the shoe a half size smaller in an 8 and they fit perfectly.

Some of the reviews said this shoe was cheap looking, but when I received it... it was really pretty. Better than I expected. Unfortunately, one of my feet is a tad larger than the other. I ordered both in a size 6 and 6 1/2. Turns out the size 6 started to stretch out. I’m still keeping the size 6 1/2... just in case.

So cute, so not comfortable -
I LOVE the look of this shoe -- everyone does. The ivory matches my wedding dress perfectly, but the heel is way too high for me. I could only wear them for about 30 minutes in my apt before I had to take them off. I suggest finding your shoes with the highest heel, looking them up on Zappos and seeing what the heel height is on those compared to this. I'm returning these and trying three different ones (all with the childish ankle strap, ugh) and hoping for a little more comfort on the big day.

Bridesmaids Shoes -
Well I was very pleased with my purchase. When my girls tried on the shoes with their dresses they looked absolutely stunning. Lovely shoes -
I just received my new wedding shoes and I'm very excited. I wear a size 6-6.5 so I ordered the 6 as everyone advised. They really look beautiful on the feet. The heel is extremely high for a wedding shoe that is going to be worn for hours but, I wear very high heels and if you are used to high heels they are not bad. If not, I would not recommend them. The only problem :( that I have is that my left shoe (only) slips out when I walk. I had this problem with another pair of shoes and my sister jokingly told me to put tape in them. Well, it worked and I love these shoes so much that I will put tape (heavy duty one) on the inside of the back part. They do stay in!

Beautiful Wedding Shoe -
I bought these shoes for my wedding in September. I did as the other ladies has suggested and ordered a size smaller than normal...I would highly recommend that. They are beautiful shoes! They are high and a little tight across the toe area. I've been wearing them here and there to stretch this area a bit. Once they are worn in they will be perfect! I think I might dye them black after the wedding so I can get even more use out of them!

Beautiful shoe but not very comfortable. The shoe was also too big for me. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9. I ordered an 8.5 and the shoe was much too big for my foot.

Love the look, but the fit is horrible -
I love the way these shoes look, but they are made like a very cheap shoe. I was hesitant to order this brand, but thought I'd take a chance. The fit is not good - I ordered two sizes and both just fit poorly. Maybe they'd be ok if you did not have to walk around in them much, but I am looking for a shoe for my wedding.

Better than I expected!!
I was very hesitant to buy shoes online. I bought them to match my wedding dress and was worried that I would not get a great product. However, these shoes are so beautiful!! The whole experience was much better than I had expected-- it's very easy to shop here. Also, take everyone's advice about getting them a little smaller than normal. I decided not to listen and had to return them for a smaller size.

I bought the shoes last minute for my destination wedding. They were great. Perfect heel height and extremely comfortable. The fabric over the peep toe is very flexible, so there is no opportunity for discomfort by the peep toe. I would buy these again in another color.

My Wedding Shoe -
This is a beautiful dyable satin shoe that is very well made and comfortable...but not the first five minutes that you wear it! When I first tried the shoe on I thought it was too narrow in the front. However, because the shoe is satin it actually stretches out and conforms to your foot after about ten minutes. I have worn the shoe several times since it arrived and each wearing has the shoe feeling better...not too loose and not too tight and perfectly acceptable with bare feet; no nylons required! (Which will be great at my July wedding). The toes are not pinched in this shoe and the heel fits perfectly; definite considerations for an evening of dancing. Even if the shoe feels tight around the toes when you first put it on, give it a few minutes and I am sure you will agree that this is an elegant and comfortable bride's shoe.

This shoe is absolutely beautiful. It was supposed to be my wedding shoe but it does not fit. My heel would pop out after walking a few steps. I tried petal heel grips but it didn’t work.

As you read the other reviews this shoe runs a bit big... I'm normally a 5.5 but I ordered these in a 5 and they fit perfect! I cannot stress how beautiful these shoes are they are classic elegant. The heel is tall, (4 inches) which I'm sure will not be pleasing to my feet on my wedding day but these shoes are far too beautiful not to wear! Very Happy!

Bought this shoe for my wedding, they looked totally gorgeous. They were pretty comfortable, I wore them from about 1:00 to 9:00 and had to take them off after that, but any wear less than that would have been fine. A great buy.

Very beautiful and the perfect height for my dress. I won't have to have it taken up at all! My dress is ivory lace over cream satin and the shoes match perfectly. They are a little tight in the toe, but that’s not a problem once they are stretched.

Perfect wedding shoe for me!
This comfortable shoe actually matches my dress, which was a happy accident. Though for my wedding I'm adding Dr. Scholl's for Women pads for the ball of my foot and the heel, it was really comfortable by itself and is a gorgeous shoe. The ivory color is only slightly off of bright white, matching the ivory of many wedding dresses.

The shoe was called "Ivory" and matched my ivory dress. Nice high slender heel and comfortable. I have narrow heels and my foot slips in and out of the shoe when I walk. The jewels don't look tacky.

The 9s were too big, as were the 8.5s and 8s I exchanged. Finally, the 7.5 worked! Each time I called the customer service, I received pleasant, helpful service. I'm wearing these silver shoes at my wedding in October and Zappos made sure I got what I wanted. And today, I got a card in the mail from Catie, the first person that helped me, thanking me for being a customer and wishing me the best for my wedding!!! Can you even believe this?
