KENNETH COLE DRESS REHEARSAL SHOES REVIEW -
This shoe is extremely handsome. The combination of suede and faux-lizard embossed leather give it a unique look. While a terrific shoe, the price is quite steep for embossed leather. The shoe fits at least a half inch size larger then marked. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the shoe as well as the always outstanding Zappos service!

I just wanted to say thank you! As a store manager of a retail store I know everything there is to know about outstanding customer service. I strive to go over and beyond the duty of my job to give outstanding customer service. The only problem is that nowadays it's hard for me to go shopping anywhere and receive the same. That changed when I ordered
from your website Zappos.com. I opted for the free shipping and I received an email telling me my order would be changed to overnight. I
couldn't believe it! I was so happy...seeing as though I hate waiting for things to come in the mail. Something about having the item in my hand when I buy it. I REALLY appreciate the overnight shipping and the wonderful emails. You are definitely a customer service oriented
