KENNETH COLE DRESS REHEARSAL SHOES REVIEW -
This shoe is extremely handsome. The combination of suede and faux-lizard embossed leather give it a unique look. While a terrific shoe, the price is quite steep for embossed leather. The shoe fits at least a half inch size larger then marked. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the shoe as well as the always outstanding Zappos service!

 |  | Lots of complaints about the overnight shipping policies changing on blogs etc... But what's the big deal? I just experienced a totally no-hassle exchange, and everything's arriving faster than ever! I understand if you can't guarantee overnight every single order; problems come up and as long as customer service stays informed and helpful (as they are now) customers should stay satisfied.
