Cute but not comfortable - I bought these shoes in part because I saw a woman wearing them and thought they looked so cute. I also figured they would be comfortable. Unfortunately, they're not. It may be that the leather is too stiff, or that there is not enough support under the toes, but I found that I couldn't walk more than a block or two without my feet hurting. Also, the strap is not adjustable – I had it shortened by a shoe repair place, which worked fine.

Cute, comfy little shoe!
I love these little maryjanes. They're super comfortable (right out of the box) and look great with pants and skirts. Perfect for skipping around town while being cute and comfy! One thing...I'm a size 6, albeit a small size 6. Though the US size 6 is listed as a 37, after trying those on in a local store they were HUGE on me. I ordered the 36 and they fit perfectly.

Too big and sloppy -
This shoe had a clunky appearance but I needed a shoe for walking long distances while dressed well. The inner sole is slick, if you wear stockings as I do your foot slides all over the foot bed. The shoe was way too big. Normally Ecco fits me; did they sell to another company and maker?

Cute mary janes -
These shoes are comfortable - once broken in. The arch by my toes rubbed a bit at first - nice size heel and sleek, stylish shoes. Great with slacks for work, comfortable walking shoe. I got these in black leather and love the feel of the shoe. A bit pricey, but excellent quality and support.

These shoes are by far the most comfortable I've ever bought (went with the red ones)! NO blisters at all, no break in period- perfect right out of the box! And they look great with everything! Plus they're flat, but not too flat. I think these would also be the perfect pregnancy shoes (not that I am now... but maybe someday), so I'm thinking of buying a pair or two for the future just in case they stop making them at that point. I walk EVERYWHERE in these shoes and they still look great. The footbed lining is starting to come loose, but I've really been wearing them to death for over 8 months, so that's not bad at all.

This shoe is not as stylish looking in person. It seems to run on the narrow side and did not provide any toe wiggle room. Not a good shoe for a lot of walking unless you have a narrower foot.

A great shoe for every day wear -
This is a great shoe to wear with skirts or pants. It looks good and it is oh so comfy. I can actually feel my feet breathe even though the toes are closed in. A great buy and great support for my feet.

Definitely not my last ECCO purchase!
I bought these shoes because I'm going on a long trip this summer and wanted comfortable, durable shoes that are also chic and cute. Imagining that I would have to break them in, I planned on wearing them non-stop until the trip. Well, I had no need to break them in (not a single blister), but I have not taken them off my feet yet. They are incredibly comfortable and I've received many compliments on them; I'll definitely come back to buy them in another color!

Sooo comfortable!
This is my second pair of these shoes. I wore the first pair a lot and although they still look good and have little wear, the elastic that holds the strap on snapped and I lost the button. I hope it can be repaired. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box and can go casual or a little more dressy if needed. I wear them to work with slacks and skirts. The price s a little high, but worth it to me for such a comfortable pair of shoes.

I love my Maryjanes!
I have been wanting a Maryjane that was sleek and dressy enough to go with skirts and dresses as well as dress pants. I have bunions and can't wear heels anymore. This shoe fits all my needs. It's comfortable, supportive, and pretty. Zappos got them to me in a zap!

Comfortable and cute -
If you are looking for comfort, this is a great shoe. I bought it to participate in a Mardi Gras street parade. The costume was 19th century caberet dancer, so I wanted it to look little fancy and the patent finish was great. I wore these all day, paraded 4 miles and danced for hours. Never felt them.

Love these shoes consider buying 1/2 size smaller.
I bought a 39 instead of 40 (my normal size) and had room to put my own insoles in as I have high arches and need the support. The patent is a dressy look. They are comfortable. The brick red patent would be great for Valentines Day. Hope Zappos offers brick red soon.

The button falls off -
I absolutely love this shoe. So comfortable and I can wear them with anything. However, the button on the strap has popped off 2 times on me. I received a new pair from zappos after the first time and it happened again--when I was just putting the shoe on my foot. When the button falls off, the strap is not secured down to the shoe and then you can’t wear the shoe. (The button is not merely decorative--it if falls off, the strap is not secured down.) I am now returning the shoe again and will not be getting a new pair because it’s not worth the hassle of the button. I don’t know whether this happened to other people but it’s odd to me that it happened two times to me with separate shoes.
Bottom line: I love this shoe but it’s not worth the hassle of the button. I even tried to have it fixed by a cobbler--and he didn’t have elastic small enough for it. Zappos has been very kind to me to allow me to return these shoes again. I'll be getting a different pair of shoes this time.

Perfect little shoe!
I put these shoes on for the first time yesterday. I expected to wear them just a few hours, but they stayed on all day because I forgot they were on my feet! Love the toe room, the darling strap with covered button, and the close-to, but not totally flat feel. I am a 9 Narrow, but the 8 1/2 Medium fits just fine. The inside of the shoe is so soft, and the rubber sole keeps me from slipping. I wore these with a dressy track suit, but they are dressy enough to wear with a casual dress. I highly recommend these!

What else can I say? These are just great little shoes. I had bought cheaper versions but they didn't hold up, and they didn't have enough support to really wear. These do!

Goes with everything -
The picture here doesn't do it justice. What a useful shoe! It goes with everything. I had no blisters, no torn up heel, no sore (or sometimes bleeding) feet! It is a very comfortable shoe. True to size and for those of us with wider feet (I sometimes have to buy the wide size) this shoe is wide enough. They are also comfortable to walk in - I walk the dog three miles sometimes in these shoes, no problem!

These felt rather narrow to me,
I thought that, maybe, these would get more comfy as I wore them. I was wrong. They pinch my toes a bit. But they are cute! They look great with skirts and pants.

A good walking around shoe -
This is the kind of shoe you can wear to do errands without feeling totally frumpy. The shoes are very stylish for Ecco and they're pretty. A note on the sizing: I followed the guideline on Zappos and ended with shoes a full to half size larger than what I wear. For instance it says Women's 39=US 8 to 8.5 and I don't think that's true at all. For me it was more like 39=size 9.

Good looks plus comfort -
I hesitated spending so much for yet another Mary Jane shoe but this one is slimmer and dressier in look than most while still quite comfortable. I have thick, high toes, and a narrow heel, but the shoes fit very well. Thinking of getting it in brown, too. Zappos shipped very fast, as usual.

Eccos Mary Jane is a cute, feminine-looking shoe. The strap is stretchy and comfortable, but overall the shoe did not have enough support for my bad feet.

Very, very comfortable shoe and so cute! I immediately received compliments from everyone I saw the first day I wore them. Very comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I've worn them with tights, capris, sweats, and jeans! Worth the price. I'll be loving these for a long time.
