Zappos Rocks!!!!!!
Great service. I ordered on Wednesday and I got my shoes on Thursday. The shoe fits very well and is very comfortable. I have very narrow feet and this shoe was made to fit me just right. I will certainly buy from you again. I like being able to see the shoe from all angles before I make my purchase and selections. No complaints.

Cute, but not comfortable -
Really adorable shoes. They're heavier than they look in the picture (the heel is wooden). I wasn't too thrilled with the straps, which are fabric coated in plastic - they look and feel cheap to me. Plus the fit was strange, tight in the toe and the straps were so loose around the ankle that they sagged, even when I adjusted the buckle as tight as it would go.

Great Summer Sandal -
I agree with the other reviewers that the front of the shoe is tight. However, after an initial wearing, they are now just right. This is quite a high heel height, which can take getting used to; this shoe, though, feels like it's much lower, no "teetering" whatsoever, probably due to the platform in front - no ball-of-foot pain. I got these in orange and the color is great. Because it's strappy, the orange isn't too overwhelming. Perfect for spring/summer.

Super cute, I ordered a 6 1/2 but have to exchange for 7 cause it seem to run 1/2 smaller to me and it was to tight in front. 7 fit perfect but strap to the sole a little loose. The orange color and style so cute I just have to have it.

Cute but squishes toes -
I really wanted to love these shoes. They are super cute. I just got them today (in white and black), tried on the black ones, and the size fits, but the front straps that go over your toes are too tight. I wore them around the house for awhile and when I took them off I had an imprint of the straps :( Also, the heel strap on the right shoe was too loose (could be just me). Sadly, I will be returning these (didn't bother trying on the white ones).

 |  | Only order from Zappos. I ordered my shoes half a size too small. I bought them with three day shipping on Monday to ensure I would have them for an early trip to the beach on Friday. When I spoke with a Zappos representative yesterday, she arranged everything and upgraded my shipping so I would still receive my shoes by Friday. You cannot find customer service like this anywhere. They have a great attitude and always deliver to customers (both times my shoes arrived the next day). I will always be a Zappos customer for life and so will my family. |  | ~ , July 30 2008
