Great shoes! Great service from Zappos! Had to return the first pair due to sizing and the whole return process was quick and easy and the customer service representative was awesome. Would highly recommend both the site and the shoes.

This is not a great shoe for the price. It is comfortable IF you don't need much lower cushioning. My feet would slip up on the heel every time I took a step. They are obviously made too wide in the heel section. The toe box is generous, the arch is moderate and it doesn't look bad on but if you have a normal OR narrow heel this is not the shoe for you. It also states these are waterproof but I find that hard to believe. I only wore them around the carpet and knew within a few minutes these would not be my new summer shoes. Oh well, back they go and I continue to look on Zappos for those much needed shoes with a low arch, wide toe box and lots of cushion in the sole...

As much as I like the low profile, lightweight, and breathability of the shoe, it does not meet up to my expectations for performance. I bought the correct size and width, but I find that my foot slides out of the back. I have to tie the shoe extremely tight to keep it on my foot.

I LOVE these shoes! I wear them as a walking shoe and also to the gym (good as long as I'm not running on the treadmill) they are cute enough to be a great sporty travel shoe too. I have a fairly normal foot but always use othotics in my sport shoes. I ordered half a size down because I have found that my other LOWAs run big. These run big but not as big as the others ...so I have a snug but comfortable fit with my Superfeet insoles inside.

Life with my Lowas -
I have very high arches which have caused me problems all my life but especially now. My friend recommended Lowa shoes for this reason.
My Lowas are light as air and very comfortable for about an hour (no matter whether I am walking hard or sitting around). Then my metatarsals start cramping up - which means the damn high arches are unhappy.
So, for me, I like the Lowas very much, but they are not a miracle. So it goes.
I really like ordering from Zappos - it is amazing to get my order the next day since I live all the way across the country and way down in the Keys.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Finn Comfort - now they have have great arch support
