These shoes are great for my kids: my 6 year old as well as my 10 year old have them. They keep their feet warm and dry, are easy for them to put on themselves, and are perfect for a slushy fall. They look great and last a long time. I highly recommend them.

I am a huge fan of this brand. This is my son's second pair of Keens. The first was the Newport sandal. These are far and away the best shoes for kids ever made. For a kid that likes to crawl on his hands and knees to push his toys on the pavement, means a beating on the toes of standard shoes. These have already been through the wringer and still look great. They are sturdy, easy to put on, easy to clean and look cool, too. They may be more expensive, but I believe that they are worth every penny and I'll be buying sandals in the spring for him again. I don't buy many pairs of shoes for him (like different shoes for different outfits), I'd rather invest something that suits our lifestyle and will stand the test of time. These shoes fit that bill.

These are great shoes for a very active little guy. I liked our Keen sandals so much this summer that I decided to go for the Keen sneakers as well. I love the wide toe box and rugged construction. They are really easy to get on quickly if you have a squirmy kid to dress. They are also pretty water-resistant, so no worries on rainy days.

These shoes are great! They run a little wide, but both my narrow-footed and wide-footed boys wear them comfortably. They are worth the money, as they will last through several hand-me-downs!

These are great shoes for our toddler! Our son has a talent for scuffing up the toes on his shoes right away. Keen takes care of that problem. This is our son's third pair of Keens, and he loves them. They're easy to put on, they seem to be comfy, and they're durable. We've been saving his old pairs to hand down to his little brother!

Bought the Targhee for my 3 year old. The shoe ran small. In other brands a size 9 was roomy, but the Keen was short in the toe area. Good shoe, but sizing is off.

I wanted to love these, but when I took them out of the box I couldn\'t believe how wide they were. Even my husband wondered if I had ordered the wrong width when he saw them--I had to double check. These just looked like clown shoes on my little guy, seemed like twice the normal width of his usual Stride Rites. Sad, because I was hoping to find a good waterproof pair of shoes, but these had to be returned.

Finally I have found a shoe that fits my son's wide feet! Not only does he have wide feet, but a high arch and finding shoes is next to impossible. I did order two different sizes and had both shipped to me. He ended up needing a whole size larger, but I just shipped the other back at no cost to me (thank you Zappos!). These shoes are easy to get on and off; they look great and my son tells me they are very comfortable. I will definitely buy from Zappos again and will be purchasing Keen's again. Thank you Zappos!

Durable and wearable -
I bought a pair for both of my toddlers. They are outdoor lovers and these handle the wear and tear wonderfully. They are waterproof, however most puddle can reach about a 3 year old and two-year-old's ankles. They clean easily and keep them from the shin pain they were experiencing with just tennis shoes and/or croc style footwear. I bought one size larger and they are just right for a minor growth spurt.

Easy for my 4.5 year old grandson to put on by himself. This is his 3rd pair of this same style Keen. He loves them! They are great for very active little boys!

Of course Keen is a great shoe... we've bought several pair of the sandals. This was, however, the first shoe from Keen that I purchased. It has held up perfectly, looks adorable, but is REALLY hard to get on. My son can't get them on by himself and it is a chore for me as well. It seems they fit about 1/2 size smaller than marked.

Keen Kid's Targhee review -
I love Keen shoes! This is the second pair of shoes I have purchased for my 3 year old (he has a pair of Keen summer shoes as well). They look great; he wears them without any complaints of hurting his heels or toes and they are very durable if you have an active, climbing little boy like mine! The rubber on the tip of the shoe is thick and doesn't scuff off and no laces to come untied. The inside of the shoes are very padded. The opening of the shoe remains narrow as this seems to be the norm of other reviews I've read for this style of shoe. You certainly don't have to worry about feet sliding out of this shoe. I will be purchasing more Keen shoes in the future and love shopping at the Zappos website!

Great Kids Shoe -
My son is very, very picky about the feel of shoes. We have purchased a number of shoes that he would not wear a second time because of the feel on his feet. He LOVES these shoes, wears them constantly. Definitely worth the money!

All-terrain toddler sneakers -
These are good for little folks with wide feet. They are nicely supportive and structured, but also seem a little stiff for little feet -- I can always hear my little guy's feet sort of slapping when he walks, rather than flexing.

Cute...but -
These shoes are cute & with a name like Keens, I thought they would be a winner. My son complains that they hurt the top of his foot. After paying over $70 I am hoping they just have to "break in"...didn't think good shoes needed to be broken in!

Great shoe for a busy preschooler -

Another great Keen shoe -
One of 5 pairs of Keen kid's shoes we've purchased, and again the style, fit and finish are great. Keen has great customer service also, we recently broke a lace on another pair and they send out a free replacement. We have noticed the price on Keens seems to getting up there, although with this pair we took advantage of Zappos great price protection policy and saved about $20. All in all a great shoe.

Toughest boy shoe!
These are the best shoes for my boy. He can get them on in two seconds, they protect his feet, they are waterproof, they look good, and they never seem to look old, even after running through the mud, rocks, wood chips...
I LOVE THESE SHOES! I will be buying these for my son as long as they make them! Worth every penny.

Great shoe for active 4 yr. old -
This is a wonderful shoe for a very active 4 year old. Shows no wear and tear to date and my sons thinks they are coolest shoes mom has ever bought. He says they are comfortable and easy to put on himself.

Toddler Keen review -
My four year old loves them. Easy for him to put on and take off by himself. Elastic pull cord is easy to use and effective in tightening the shoe. Great non-slip sole for hiking. They look very cool and rugged. He's really excited to now be able to own Keen shoes like his daddy and big brother.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
