My son likes the shoes a lot and really wanted them. He enjoys wearing them and looks sporty in them. However, I bought the shoes about a month ago and they really smell. Maybe they are too thick to breathe?

Great looking shoe - My son loved these shoes and I did too. They were smaller than marked. We had to order the next size up. Thanks to the great Zappos service it was so easy and we had the new shoes in a snap.

I love these shows. Soft and great looking. But I had to return them because they were way too big. I am usually a 7 wide, but in Softspots I take a half size smaller. They were out of my size so I tried the 7. Too big. Boo hoo.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
