The fit was perfect and the condition was excellent. It was true to the short boot I had before, one size smaller than your regular shoe size.

Wonderful and fast service. I ordered the boots in the evening and the next morning they were at my door. The sales woman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and pleasant. I have recommended Zappos to many people.

I love Uggs! These are my third pair and I wear them everyday. My home is 85 years old, but Ugg shoes keep me nice and toasty down in Muskogee.

My son bought these boots for his girlfriends birthday and she loved them. They are very comfortable and all the young girls are crazy about Ugg shoes. Zappos, all I can is that my whole family shops on your website. We don't buy footwear anywhere else. Your website is the bomb.

These are super comfortable! I ordered a size down (8 instead of my usual 9) and they fit perfectly. Plus they don't hurt my feet when I take long walks in them!

Oh my gosh! All that I have to say is this was a great experience, shopping at Zappos. The prices were just right, the people were friendly, the service was amazing, the Uggs are fabulous! I was informed to order a size smaller, they fit just fine. I was a little worried to shop online, but after doing it I will never go back to the mall for shoes. I bought a pair in brown two weeks ago. I visited my mom over Thanksgiving; she wanted them so badly, I gave them to her and wore my flipflops home. I ordered another pair, and of course, Zappos delivered them the next day. I bought another pair in Bailey Button style for my mother-in-law for her birthday. I'm sure she'll enjoy them too.

This is my second pair of Uggs. They are too tight. As mentioned by other reviewers, it seems they've gone down about a half size. I take a size 6.5 and ordered the size 6 as advised, and they were uncomfortably tight. I didn't even have to try both shoes on. After trying on the first, I immediately reboxed them and returned them. My first pair, by the way, purchased about 6 years ago, fit perfectly (size 6).

I own several Ugg boots and they are fantastic! I wear a size 8 in shoes and do wear a size 8 in Uggs. The fit is perfect because I choose to wear socks with these and want them comfortable. Shipping, as usual with Zappos was fast and free. Nothing beats Zappos!

Took advice from other reviewers and sized down 1/2 size and they are perfect! I usually wear a wide width, but the regular is fine. Don't get me wrong, they aren't so wide that a regular foot would swim; they are soft, so they adjust. Love them, so comfortable and so convenient, no socks, just slip on and away I go! Can't go wrong when ordering from Zappos. Best customer service around.

The quality is questionable now. The product is stiffer and two pairs of the same item fit differently. The sole was hard and the boot was not soft as in years past. I'm not happy with Uggs now. I ordered one size down as usual and it was a half size too short. Unfortunately, I returned this and will really think before ordering another Uggs. Zappos' personnel are the best and always friendly and courteous.

These Ugg boots are so warm and comfy and my teenage girls love them! They are all getting a pair for Christmas, each in a different color. This is my third pair of Ugg Classic Short boots, which are my favorites for all-around, everyday wear. This time, I tried the grey color, which is quite nice. Only problem is that I think Ugg has changed their sizing, at least in the Classic As usual, I ordered down a size (I'm an 8 in "normal" shoes and my other pairs of Classics are size 7's and fit perfectly), but this new pair seemed much shorter than usual; they feel more like a "normal" size 7.5 (which is why I say that it feels a half size larger than marked), even allowing for the fact that they will stretch a bit and the shearling will conform to the foot. I noticed that the sole is different on this pair, maybe that is the reason. It's the same sole that was on the Classic Cardy's that I tried and I needed those in an 8, too, as those 7s were also too short. Ugg's sizing is a kind of frustrating, but once you find a pair that fits, Uggs are the best! As always, Zappos is the greatest, especially for a picky customer like me! My husband wants to know if Zappos is sick of me returning stuff yet.

I have the classic short Ugg boots in chocolate and I love them! However, I wear a 6.5 or 7 and I originally ordered a 6; they were way too small. I had to return them for a 7. Hope this helps and they're definitely amazing boots!
