I bought these boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Initially, I was debating on whether I should spend this much money for a pair of boots for a 13 year old or just get her a cheap knock off. In the end, I decided to get the Uggs for her. I've ordered from Zappos before and loved how fast they ship your order so I ordered from them again. And they didn't fail me. Superb customer service! And my daughter was so happy with this pair. She said it kept her feet warm and comfy. Sometimes she even wears it at home!

I used the wrong shipping address when placing the order. The customer service at Zappos was once again fabulous and corrected my mistake. The boots arrived in two days during the busy holiday season and our daughter loves them!

I bought these for my daughter, and almost returned them but she insisted they were fine because she was so excited, but one ugg had less sheepskin than the other. One leg felt flimsy, the other stiffer. It may have been a combination of less sheepskin and a softer suede. When she wears them, you cannot notice a difference, but time will tell.

The black Uggs are great because they go with everything. The tall ones are fun because you can tuck your pants inside or even cuff them over for a furry look. Two of my kids and I wear the same size so we have them in every color and share. There is nothing like the real thing. I have tried fake Uggs; the fur itches, the insides wear out quickly, and the sole wears poorly. Real Uggs are definitely worth the extra money!

First time using Zappos. Very satisfied. They had the product when no one else did. The price was about the same but the shipping was free which actually made it less. We received it in a couple of days. Everything was perfect. We\'d definitely use Zappos again.

I wear a woman's size 6.5 to 7 and these youth 5 fit perfectly. I use arch support insoles and even with those the fit is still ideal. They may feel a bit snug at first but the lining will compress a little with wear.

I ordered the Ugg Kids Classic Tall. The customer service was fantastic. I placed the order online at 7:00 in the evening and they were delivered to my doorstep by 4:00 the following afternoon. I was shocked. My daughter wears a woman's size 8 and the kids 6 fits her great and were cheaper. Thanks Zappos!

Zappos was terrific. I wanted Uggs for my daughter and you didn't have the ones in stock that I really wanted so I purchased the next choice I could and went on an email waiting list for instant notification when the ones I wanted came in. I received the first pair of Uggs the next day and by that night, I also received an email saying the ones that my daughter really had her heart set on had come in. So I immediately purchased them and followed the easy instructions to return the first pair. The whole process was easier than going back and forth to a store. The second pair of Uggs came within another day. Wow! Thank you for your unbelievable customer service and ease of returns, etc. I am sold on Zappos.com!

I bought these for my 12 year old niece for Christmas. After much research, I found out that Youth Ugg shoes are equivalent to adult Ugg shoes, just size down 2 sizes. My niece wears a 7 and this youth size 5 boot fit her perfectly. She can wear them with shorts and also tuck her jeans into them. She is thrilled! I could have bought them at Nordstrom, but the price was better at Zappos and with free shipping, and no sales tax, I saved even more!

What can I say? Uggs is simply the best casual boot product period! They're durable, so warm and trendy. My daughters simply love them. Two of our granddaughters love Uggs and for the past few years, as they grow out of them, we have been buying them another pair as Holiday gifts. This is what they requested. They tell us that they are so comfortable and warm. Since I, the purchaser, have never worn these, I don't feel that I have the right to answer the questions below. I can only say, we love buying them because of the joy they bring to our grandchildren. What you should know is that these can be bought anywhere; however, Zappos makes the experience so easy and pleasant and your phone representatives are so helpful, I would not think of going anywhere else. I bought these for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. She normally wears a 11/2 shoe, so I bought her a 2 boot. It is a perfect fit with a tiny bit of extra room. They are wool lined so you need them a bit bigger. She loves them. Has worn them every day since Christmas. I sprayed them with suede protector.

AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping.
