Heartbreaker! Looks so smashing online, wanted it so badly to be THE answer to a search for a sexy, animal- print shoe. Looks equally great in person, but almost impossible to wear. The material is a leopard print fabric encased in a tough vinyl, for a no-give, no-flex tough material. Had to return it. (Thanks for Zappos' usual no risk/no cost return service!)

	Zappos! Wow! I placed a shoe order on 5/14 at 8:45pm. I did standard shipping which was free (which was amazing anyways); I then received an email that said my shipping had been upgraded. I thought, wow, how nice. I was SHOCKED when I got home at 5/15 at 6pm and my shoes were there!!! That is incredible. Your customer service went above and beyond and I am thrilled.
