I bought these shoes for my son. They were true to size. The leather is very nice and they are nicely lined too. There is no break in period with these shoes. He wears them every day, including on the blacktop at recess where they really get a workout. The heels are wearing well. They polish up nicely too. Will probably buy same pair, larger size for next year too.

My son really likes these shoes. He is required to wear them with his uniform and these were the style he liked best. they do not say jumping jacks anywhere on them or it would have been a deal breaker; he's 12.
