Weird fit -
These shoes looked great but the insoles they come with are weird and put a bump right under the ball of my foot so you would need to buy new insoles for this one to get its look and better comfort.

I broke the bone above my ankle and was looking for a sturdy work shoe, I walk and stand a lot. This shoe works great. When I get home I even forget to take them off they are very comfortable.

These "almost" worked. I needed a pair of super comfy support shoes for walking around England for 2 weeks. These are obviously very well made with good quality leather linings and padding around the edges. Very well made. BUT - I am a perfect 11 and the 11 in these just barely touched the end of my toe. Would not bother me if only wearing to work, but for long walks that slight bumping would hurt. I have feet that are wide in front and medium in the back (too many years in Birkenstocks). The toe area fit good. Good arch support. But the low back on these slipped up and down on my heel. Nice shoes, just didn't work for me. Not the best looking shoe - they could have done without the stitching on the toe.

Stylish shoe, not perfectly comfortable -
I love the look of this shoe but the fit is just not perfect. It may just be that my foot is in between sizes. I am happy enough with it, but wish it were a perfectly comfortable shoe to match its good looks.

Great comfortable shoes with style -
These shoes are the best shoes I have purchased in a long time. They are super comfortable and have nice style, unlike other "comfortable" shoes which are often plain.

Wonderful -
I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 43 yrs, over half my life. I have had 6 surgeries on each of my feet with very limited motion. I got these for Christmas and have worn them everyday. I own 12 pairs Josef Seibel shoes. I just wish they would make a dress shoe for people who can't wear heels. Keep them coming.

Great shoe -
I was looking for a good shoe with a little bit of a heel. This fit the bill. They are very comfy, easy to keep on my feet all day. They are stylish as well. The one odd thing is that they squeak when I walk on my hardwood floors.

Weird arch feel -
It is not Josef Seibel's fault that their 39 is too small for me and the 40 is too loose .. but the 40 is pretty loose on me and I think the insole I put in is not sufficient.
My other concern is that it feels like there is an arch on the outside of the shoes rather than the inside. It is not uncomfortable, but it is odd feeling. I hope it does not encourage my feet to pronate more since I think I already have some flat feet issues.

Great looking and comfy -
This shoe is great I love the Tanya too. It is a bit looser than normal with nice moderate + support. I bought it in Brown from another store because I liked it that much and Zappos didn't carry it.

Slip and Slide -
I own several other pairs of Josef Seibel sandals, and I usually only have good things to say about them. However, this is my first time buying an actual shoe. I found this shoe to be quite uncomfortable. Was tight on the toe area (though I'm sure with time it would stretch out) but then the shoe slipped and slid all around my heel. It was quite annoying. I even tried wearing them with my custom insoles, but that didn't improve the fit. Zappos made my return easy and I have to admit that I can't remember the last time I bought a pair of shoes from anywhere other than Zappos.

Great high-quality shoe -
I am very picky about shoes--I look for high-quality materials and workmanship. For those of you out there who are wondering, this shoe has both. It's incredibly comfortable, and looks great. I wear an 8M usually and originally purchased the 39, but had to exchange for the 38, which arrived today and looks and feels great. Very stylish and well-made.

I can already tell, they are great!
This is my 2nd pair of Seibel oxford type shoes and I can already tell, they are going to be a good friend to me. They seem slightly big, but can be worn with thicker socks for winter. They have wonderful support and they are water resistant leather, also great for winter.
