I love this shoe. It is well made and comfortable. Even though my daughter complains about most other shoes she loves this one as well.

Very Nice -
This is a very nice shoe, my 4 year old did not complain about these one bit. They are soft leather but with a tough, sturdy sole.

We have always been very pleased with all Jumping Jacks shoes. This is no exception. My daughter has only worn them a few times, but she finds them soft and comfortable. They look very nice and are good for kids on the go, while still looking dressy enough for dresses.

Great shoes-great website -
These are great shoes b/c they are comfortable, easy for my 3 yr old to put on by herself, the velcro stays closed, and the "T-strap" accomodates her high arch. They do not scuff and fit easily with socks and tights. I am 1000% satisfied with ZAPPOS. I measure my kids feet at home and order ALL of their shoes from Zappos!

Cute and comfortable shoe -
Our 5 year-old daughter is a sneaker girl, but unfortunately for her, needs to wear shoes with her uniform when she starts kindergarten. We were concerned that she would give us a hard time about having to wear shoes, and were pleasantly surprised when she tried these on and did not want to take them off. She says they feel good on her feet and we believe her since she "forgot" to take them off for a few hours. We haven't had any scuffing issues yet, however I am still on a mission to locate navy shoe polish.

Good fitting shoe and comfortable -
This was a trial size for my granddaughter, we thought her foot was narrow. She put them on and said, "They feel good." We knew she has a narrow foot like me, but needed confirmation. I will be helping with some school things. This is high on my list. I'm not raising her, I just like to help out with the cost for school. Thank you so much for your fine service.

Perfect fit but scuff easily -
My 5 year old has a very narrow foot and heel and these fit perfectly in a 12 narrow. The velcro seems to be holding up but after a month they are very scruffy looking and we have polished them twice. I would order them again because it is so hard to find a good fit for her, just buy some matching shoe polish right away.

Sturdy and cute!!!!
I bought these shoes for my twin three year old girls. They are a great shoe. They are sturdy and durable enough to rip and roar outside and cute enough to wear as dress shoes.

Perfect everyday shoes -
Got these for my daughter, who pretty much refuses to wear anything but dresses and skirts, and who needs a good sturdy shoe that can stand up to everyday play while still satisfying her more girly wishes. These shoes are *perfect* for that, and make even her more tomboy mama happy. They stay on better than mary janes we've tried, even though they're just velcro. The construction seems bomb-proof and they're nicely padded too. And they're nice enough looking that they work well even if she's a little more dressed up for some event.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
