This is my first order with Zappos. I love the customer service, ease of shopping and returns. I love this purse. The buckle is a little large and heavy, and the inside of the purse is a little small but I need to learn to carry less. Very stylish. Very good quality. I'll be back!

Great Purse- very stylish -
I fell in love with this purse when I saw it in a gift shop. I looked everywhere online and this was the only site that had it. They were great when I ordered they upgraded my shipping for free to over night shipping.

This bag feel great, the bag is big enough to hold the essentials. It has super style, affordable and also the material feels so expensive. Everyone loves it, even my husband, someone who never has a comment.

OMG! The best gift ever!
My daughter absolutely loved the purse (I did, too!). The title says it all. So classy, yet so everyday - like a great leather jacket. The hardware on the bag was just right, not gawdy and it felt good on your shoulder. It was very well made inside, too.

EXCELLENT SHOPPING -
The ZAPPOS web site was easy to access and the products offered were excellent. Everything from clothing to sunglasses you name it and they have whatever you need. I found this pocketbook and I absolutely love it. I get a least one compliment a day. I love the look, the feel of the leather is so soft, and the price was right. You would pay more for this bag if you bought it at a mall.(if you could even find it at a mall)My whole experience with online shopping with ZAPPOS was great. I would recommend there site to anyone and would definitaly shop here myself again when ever I need something. Oh yeah, it was delivered in 2 or 3 days, which is awesome. Usually you have to wait 5 to 7 days for your online purches to be delivered. They said 5 to 7 days, just to be safe, but it came much sooner than that. Thank You ZAPPOS, keep up the excellent service that you are providing, and thank you for caring enough to ask how my shopping experince was. This is why your service is so good, cause you want to know. I do alot of online shopping and I have to tell you that your company is really really good. I was very impressed with the arrival of my bag, how fast it came. Thanks again.

I bought this bag in stone. It was not as large as I would have liked but it has won me over in so many other ways. The drop of the shoulder strap, the beautiful material it is made from. It was the first bag I bought from Zappos and didn't read the description carefully and thought I saw slide pockets on the front and back side under the flap. Not so. However, I just use the inside pockets for my cell and keys. I am SO completely a fan of Guess bags. AND I am a fan of Zappos wonderful service! Department stores have lost me as a customer if I can find it on Zappos. Customer service is amazing, their guarantee, next day service, free shipping. Wow! It does NOT get any better then this! Congratulations "Zappos!"

 |  | Hello Zappos! You guys are amazing, and the service is fantastic. 24/7!!! Please be sure to take enough rest and vacations ---I have seen this practiced in Europe, and it works wonders! For the people and the environment! (As long as you we car-pool and bike more to our destinations!) It is very important for companies from all walks of life, to rest their weary soles, and kick up their feet every now and again.
