Best shoes ever -
I'm a nurse who works 16 hours shifts back to back. These are the only shoes where I did not have to change during my long shift. Now Earth shoes are the only shoes that are on my feet. These shoes have held up very well.

Outstanding shoe for anyone with a back problem. It took me a few days to get use to the low heel, but I now would not wear any other shoe! The next day delivery (at no additional expense) is a plus.

GREAT COMFORT, JUNKY CONSTRUCTION -
This shoe is an absolute Godsend as far comfort. It basically cured my plantar fasciitis (I have very high arches) and have tried just about every orthotic, shoe design and insert possible. I wear them everywhere, BUT I am very unhappy with the construction.
Just about 1 week after I purchased them I noticed that the glue on the sole was breaking down and coming apart. Also the rubber on the bottom of the sole has also started to come off and many of the emblems that were glued on the side of the shoe were also coming off. Zappos kindly shipped me out a new pair but the new pair did the same thing. Well, needless to say, I kept the shoe, but they literally fall apart very quickly.

I just received a pair of these shoes and am in a bit of a quandary. In person, up close, they're quiet possibly the ugliest pair of shoes I've ever seen. But they're so comfortable and have a wonderful fit to them, with a heel that feels lower than the rest of the shoe and probably helps guard against excess leg shock and shin splints.
Not sure whether I'm going to keep them or not though, because I can't stand to look at them. Maybe I'll save them for night walks.

I have worn these now for about a month and so far so good. I do a lot of cardio in the gym and so far they are serving there purpose insofar as good fore foot support.

Love these shoes but . . .
I got these for my husband who has bad feet from years of walking on concrete floors at work. The negative heel helped him right away and he loves the look of them. They do have a bit of a break in period as they are a little stiff at first so he only wore them for half days for about the first two weeks. But now he wears them exclusively at work and says his feet have never felt better! This is the third pair we've bought, two for me and just these for him. We love Earth shoes and Zappos - they delivered all three overnight free of charge!!! And when we had to return the first pair due to ordering the wrong size, there was no problem at all. I love Zappos!! This is a company that many other companies should learn from when it comes to customer service. WE are definitely loyal Zappos customers now and we'll be getting all our shoes from them.

Surprising!
These shoes definitely take a little getting used to, but once you do, there's no going back! I feel so awkward now when I wear a standard tennis hoe or any shoe really. Great stuff!

Very comfortable - roomy toe box, comfortably snug heel, cushy insoles. Heel more negative than some other Earth shoes, which feels very good to me. I usually wear 8 in other brands, but 7.5 is just right in this shoe. I bought 3 pairs - brown for walking, black for casual wear, and white for the gym. Love them all. Good non-marking traction soles, very good ventilation (a little too much for cold weather), good laces that actually stay tied.

Awesome shoe!
These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever owned! I feel that they keep my whole body aligned properly and it feels like I can walk for miles in them. Also, this color is great. Much better than the women's selection of colors!

A tennis shoe with flair!
I bought these along with another pair of Earth shoes and so far have been very pleased with both, although I am really only wearing these during my gym exercise. They are certainly one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Highly recommended!

My daughter, the fashion horse, reluctantly tried these shoes and went for a jog. She thought they were OK on the cuteness scale BUT when she came back from her workout she said she would not want to EVER wear another pair of running shoes. She ran farther, had better form and he posture was great when walking. She left for college and took MY earth rocket shoes with her.

Excellent Shoe -
This is an extremely comfortable shoe, especially if you have wide feet like I do. The whole shoe is wide and comfy, although it does feel 1/2 to a full size bigger than my last earth shoe. Earth shoes are the only shoes I wear, work or play. The negative heel has made my back pains literally disappear as well as my plantar Fasciitis in my foot. As I mentioned, earth shoes are all I wear, but for some reason, it took a day or two for this shoe to be comfy for me, but after that minor break in period I love it. Try this shoe, you will not be disappointed.

The shoes are wonderful. They fit amazingly. At first, I was kind of thrown off when I tried the shoes on. My feet weren't used to the incline. However, now that I've had them for a couple weeks, I cannot wear any other shoes. Be warned, once you buy a pair you will not be able to wear anything else. I tried to wear my previous favorite shoes and they really hurt my feet. Now I will be buying other colors and even some sandals. All in all, a very satisfied customer.

I have a dozen pairs of Earth Shoes, and have worn only Earth Shoes for nearly two years. I have another pair of athletic Earth Shoes--the Energetic-K's--and these are a significant improvement. It's not that I was dissatisfied with my Energetic-K's. They are great shoes. It's just that the Rocket-K's are so outstanding. First off, the toe box is a little straighter beside the big toe, which fits my foot better than the more tapered toe box of the Energetic-K's. They are lighter than the Energetic-K's yet they feel more secure and supportive when I am walking. It's hard to describe, but they feel like they are gently but firmly holding my foot in the correct alignment for walking without overpronating. I have worn various types of running shoes, as well as orthotics and SporThotics to deal with my foot problems, and these shoes are more effective than anything I have ever worn. Every time I put them on, I am amazed how great they feel. I love them!

EARTH Shoe Re-found -
I bought the Earth Rocket K after I held a pair of EARTH Kalso Lite in a store with limited sizing and variety. I came straight to the ZAPPOS site to see if they were available. This particular shoe is the men's version (I have at least a C+ women's width with an AA heel--hard to fit). I have broken my back twice and have arthritis full-body, especially my feet, so wanted light-weight (are they ever!!), flexible (very!), and not ugly (rather sporty and not at all old-style EARTH shoe looking). The men's 8, which my motorcycle boots all are, were short in the toe and the seam across the ball of my foot hit in a painful way. The size 8.5 men's is perfect! The arch support is good, width is good, the heel can be snugged up to hold without slipping, and everyone who has complemented me on them is surprised they're EARTH! No visible heel-drop, although it's there and works just like it always has in aligning the spine and pelvis. Great for all day, on-your-feet wear. I also purchased the EARTH Kalso Lite for work. Segmented sole for flexibility and ULTRA-LITE-WEIGHT!!! Good cushioning, good skid-resistance, and vented across the toe-box which has a decent height, again without the old-style dropped-heel look. LOVE THEM BOTH!!!

Negative heel -
I discovered this shoe from a friend recently. They are extremely comfortable and I primarily bought them because the foot position seems to put decreased pressure on my toe joints. I had toe surgery recently and have been unable to run due to joint inflammation, but these made it possible. They are much heavier than other running shoes, but for me the increased comfort is worth it.

I suffer from an inflamed muscle in my right heel. 2 different medications did not help, and the cortizone shots gave me relief for only 2 days. I enjoy walking, but I could not walk more than one block w/out feeling pain. The Rocket K is the first Earth shoe I've owned. It took approx. 2 days of wearing them, but I'm back to walking 45 minutes w/out pain. A remarkable shoe.

I have worn these shoes to run on the treadmill at the gym for 2+ months now. Having "the beginnings" of arthritis in my right knee, I would experience minor discomfort and slight swelling after running 2-3 miles on the treadmill wearing New Balance. I can happily report that since using the Rocket K shoes for running my knee feels markedly improved. Not only do I not have any soreness or swelling, my knee's range of motion has improved. It is amazing. I noticed a difference the first time I ran in them but didn't want to jump to conclusions, but now after 2 months or so I feel confident in saying these shoes are great. If you're wondering if they're worth the price let me give a resounding YES.

I read a review from someone who said these were more attractive (and less expensive) than the MBT’S. I can't believe it! These are so wide and clown like they are just bizarre! I bought some MBT’S instead (the blue suede ones) and they are 1,000 times cuter!

I bought the Rocket K to walk on the treadmill with. I got the mens because I usually wear a wide in women’s. Earth does not make a wide in these. The mens fit perfect. Very comfortable. I love the negative heel. I have sciatica and they help with my posture so it takes some pressure off my back. I like to walk in these. They give your legs a workout. Would buy again. I had a pair of Earth in the 70's as a teen. I loved them then. Glad they are coming back.

I love them! Very comfortable. But I did get a blister on right heel first time I wore them. Top of back of shoe pressed in on heel. But not on other one. Had them a few weeks and feel like I've been wearin them forever. Have to wear orthotics in all other shoes. But Earth shoes feel better than orthotics do.

I did something the other day that confirmed in my own mind how much I like Zappos. I wanted to buy a Tommy Bahama shirt for my husband. I had found a beautiful one online on another site, but just before I purchased, it occurred to me Zappos might have similar items. Indeed, Zappos does carry Tommy Bahama brand. I found a few shirts I liked, but not the one I really wanted. But I LOVE Zappos so much, I preferred to buy from you even if it wasn't exactly the same item. In fact, I got three shirts, knowing we could choose our favorites and send the rest back. Naturally, my husband loved all three so we are keeping them. It is a wonderful feeling to have confidence in a perfect service experience each and every time. You guys set the standard for all online purchases as far as I'm concerned. I tell people all of the time that Zappos is the best place to buy shoes--period. I will have to add that the other items are top notch and best of all come with the Zappos service.
