Fun but hard to be comfy in -
Pretty shoe, but the high heel and small amt of padding makes for a hard night on your feet.

What a fantastic shoe -
Okay...so I needed a cute pair of shoes for wedding and at the last minute found the J Renee shoe online at Zappos. I typically wear a size 12 but decided to go up a size as i didn't have the time to ship back and forth. When i received the shoe I was impressed...what a sexy shoe. The only downside is that the strap was little shorter and a bit snug around my ankle (I don't have small ankles either). I love the shoe and have taken them to a shoe repair to add elastic to the strap.

Smooth & Sexy -
I enjoy my new shoes. They are so different for me and sexy too. All my friends and co workers tell me that they were a great investment. I highly recommend them for a romantic night on the town.

Beautiful but poorly made -
It’s an obviously beautiful shoe, but if you plan to do some walking around or dancing, you might find that at the end of the night you have blisters on your soles. And the jewels on the shoe are missing.

Total disappointment -
The shoe came in and many of the stones were missing. I am in the process of sending it back. I needed it for an outfit the next day, but unfortunately I ended up in a jam. I love the service at Zappos, but this shoe was a disappointment. Also, it was a pretty cheap looking shoe. Not happy at all.

Beautiful shoes -
Great looking shoes, very comfortable, stylish and sexy. The only bad part is that one of the stones on the lace came out as soon as I put the shoes on. The shipping is great with Zappos; I ordered the pair late night and received the shipment next day!

Simply Excellent!
Lovely sandals!!! I got the portrait multi and I don't think I own a prettier pair of dressy sandals. I usually wear a 13W with the J. Reneé brand, but I found that a 13M of this style fit me just fine. This style has managed to find the perfect blend of high fashion and absolute comfort!

 |  | Very elegant shoe and the price was amazing. I am a new customer to Zappos and will remain forever! I called on Friday to place the order and I received my order the following day! The customer service representative whom I placed the order with was very pleasant and his customer service skills were amazing. I rushed home to get the order and to my surprise it was the wrong color. When I contacted Zappos to advise them of the error, the young lady was pleasant and apologized on behalf of the company. She rushed me out the correct pair and also offered me a coupon for the inconvenience. Customer service is awesome! Good bye department stores hello Zappos.
