This is my second pair of the New Balance slip-ons. You get the great New Balance fit with no need to tie and un-tie. The little rim in the back keeps them from slipping off. These are so comfortable, and I live in them. They fit perfectly at once, with no break-in required. I wish they came in other colors.

I am on my feet a lot at work, and these shoes are very comfortable! I normally wear a 6.5 in a tennis shoe, but I ordered a 6 in these since they are slip ons. They seem to be just right!

Very comfortable but very dorky. I have a wide foot and ordered the D width which was roomy. I wouldn't say overly wide, but there was a little room to spare. I am not keeping them. I prefer the 587 New Balance; however, the convenience of a slip on is nice, but I can accomplish that with Skechers.

These New Balance shoes are some of the best athletic style shoes I have purchased. They are wide with a generous sized toe box. They are handy because they slip on easily, but are secure once you have them on.

These NB 811 Mules are very comfortable to slip your feet into. The sizing is spot on to my regular size. The best part of my purchase was the lightning fast shipping Zappos.com provides! I love you Zappos!

I bought these for my mom who has a lot of swelling in her feet and lower legs. She's had difficulty find good shoes that she could comfortably wear. She loves these; says they are the most comfortable shoes she's ever had. Wish they came in some more colors like navy or black.

Great for work. I have wide feet and tend to walk on the outside of my feet, so these sounded perfect for me according to the description. I got the extra wide, and they are really wide, so even if you have wide feet, just be aware that a D width might be fine even if you normally are E or EE. I put a gel insert in them to get some extra padding in the balls of the foot and bounce in the heel as I am on my feet in a hospital all night and they are now perfect!

Great deal, after a conversation with my foot doctor and preparing for surgery for a hammertoe, he said I would have to have some better footwear than the shoes I’m wearing since they don’t have the right support. He followed this with a list of brands; I always have a problem getting footwear because I am a 10.5 wide width. I’m thankful to you for having a good selection and during the healing process this shoe was the perfect height size and width; thank you and very comfortable I’m wearing them everyday.

Outstanding service! This was the first time I ordered from Zappos and I was SHOCKED and amazed that I received my shoes in 48hrs. with standard delivery. I expected to wait a week or more before I received them. Their prices were very competitive with my local new balance store where I always receive a 10% discount. These shoes run a little big; so I had to exchange them for a half size smaller. The exchange was so easy; I will use Zappos again!!!

I love these slip ons. This is my second pair. They are comfortable and fit well. Excellent quality and I love the fact the insoles can be removed. I have hand washed (insoles) 3 times and they still look great. My experience with purchasing online through Zappos has been excellent! They truly know the meaing of quality customer service. Hooray - these shoes are WONDERFUL! - I have a bone spur on my heel and went crazy looking for open back walking shoes---Zappos to the rescue. These are great shoes: so comfortable, good support, easy on and off. Perfect for traveling and going through airport security. I'm waiting for Zappos to get my size in black, as I want another pair. I have small, wide feet (5.5 W) and these are just perfect.

I bought these shoes for work. I need to be able to slip in and out of my shoes to enter the infant rooms. They are very comfortable and stay on even when walking in the mall or outside, unlike some others that continually come off at the heel. The heel cup is deep enough, but not too deep. I like the rounded toe, it makes them look not so long on my feet. I have worn them with and without socks and they are equally comfortable. I wish they came in other colors, like black or brown for the cooler months. I will most likely buy another pair for next summer.

Comfortable shoes and extremely fast shipping! I do wish the shoe manufacturers would come up with half sizes for shoes over a size 10 or 11. I just went from a 12 to a 13. Size 12 is too small. Size 13 is too big.

Crazy about these shoes. Super comfortable right out of the box. Great to have good support in a shoe that I can slip in and out of when I don\'t want to lace up those hot tennies! I wish they came in some other colors as they definitely look like a nurse should be wearing them.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my WW811 white slip-ons. They are very comfortable and run true to size, so fit well. And they are so easy to slip on and off. I only wish they also came in natural, navy and black.

Being pregnant and due in mid-August, I bought these slip-ons in late May anticipating a hot summer of wide, swollen feet. These shoes have been GREAT. They are comfortable, supportive like lace-up walking shoes, and accommodate my very high arches (and wide feet) with no pinching or discomfort. The heel is low enough (they're sort of like sneaker mules) that if it slips a little you won't get a blister, whether you wear them with ankle socks or without. I've walked many miles in these shoes - city streets, museums, exercise walks, shopping trips - no foot pain, ankle swelling, or lateral instability at all. Highly recommended; worth the money. I rate "style" only 4 stars simply because these are basic white tennis shoes - they're not made for style, they're made for comfort and support.

I ordered New Balance WW811 and had the shoes on my feet in 24 hrs!!! How is that for service!! The shoes are very comfortable even more so than the New Balance that I wore last summer. They run true to size and the support is wonderful!! That is why I chose this style--it helps with the arthritis--gives good support.

Purchased a pair of New Balance WW811 slip-ons. I have very wide feet and at my age. I’ve lost a lot of the natural padding in the soles of my feet. I ordered these slip-ons in a smaller size than I usually order due to other comments. I wasn't crazy about them having a low back, but tried them for a few days anyway. They are very comfortable around the house, but I don't think I could walk very far in them due to the heel part. I usually order a size 9 and 2E width.These felt good in size 8 with a Wide width. I will use these around the house as slippers as they are that comfortable. My bunions like them and that's good enough for me, but I do wish these same type shoes came in a regular heel.
