Smart, sophisticated and comfortable! I love this shoe, it's become my work "go-to" shoe. True to size, love the cushioning sole, heel height is perfect and for the price it's worth having a second pair!

These shoes fit true to size and are the most comfortable heels I own. It may be due to the fact that they are not very high, but I can walk around in them all day with no pain at all. They seem to be high quality ad have a great shape.

Very nice shoe. Comfortable despite the height. Look great on. Not as 'squared off' in heel and toe as they look in photo, but lovely shoes, especially on the foot.

I had to order these shoes two times. The first time I got them there was a tiny rip in the leather. The two pairs I received were slightly different; however, I liked the second pair I got better so it all worked out. All of that said, I love these shoes. If you have a wider foot, these are a great sexy shoe. I have had foot surgeries and even I can wear them. I have a bunch of BCBGirls pumps because they are all a little wide in the front. These even have a flexi sole, which is the main reason I bought them.

First let me say, these shoes are gorgeous! I love a sexy and sophisticated pointy heel, but I'm returning them. Just like my problem with any other pointy toed shoe I've ever tried to own, I can't stand not being able to move my toes! I wear a size 11 as it is, so I can't just move up a size. Even if it were offered, it would make my foot look much bigger than it already is, and I don't want that. But these seem like a wonderful shoe for those who can stand not moving their toes for hours on end like I would be. One downside other than my issue with toe moving is that the toe creases as you walk, which I believe would leave a noticeable crease over time. Get them if you want, just I wouldn't guarantee comfort like most others have said, but that's probably just me.

This is my second pair of these shoes and I absolutely love them! They are always in my regular shoe rotation and I wear them to work all the time. They are the perfect height of heel to wear with almost everything!

Shoes 1/2 size larger than marked. I bought a size 5 and they were still too big. I put inserts in the heel and front and wore them to work, but still not a good fit. A great looking pair of shoes though! Real classy looking. Compared to my other dress black pointed heels these shoes definitely look more nicer, and they make my work attire look nicer, too.

Chose these shoes for the multi-purpose (jeans, work attire, church, etc) and they serve the purpose. They are comfortable, the 6.5 fits perfectly, however, a couple of points to mention: In the pictures it appeared the toe was more squared off (which I had been in search of for ages), but it’s not as flat as they appeared. Also, the heel appeared it would be slightly more flared towards the bottom, but aren’t, and finally the description says "kid skin", so I thought "bonus!". However, it’s not as pliable as I would expect kid skin to be. I’m hoping they will soften up in time, but over all, still a very nice fitting and good looking basic black shoe.

These are my favorite pumps EVER!!! I bought a pair of black ones several years ago and loved them so much that I went and got the brown and white ones... and another pair of black ones. The side design is nice for the wider feet, comfortable in general, and SEXY! Who doesn't like to see some toe cleavage?! I've been on a hunt for the brown ones but it looks like the black Katchen's are the only ones available for purchase. BUY THEM!!!!!!!!

My 4th pair!
This is the fourth pair I have bought of this shoe! I love it! I get a new one every 1.5 years or so...It is so comfortable and looks really good on. It's a really good height and has a good point to it. I will continue to buy it! I will not buy any other black shoe!

This shoe looks great and feels great. It is one of the most comfortable pumps that I have owned and is very versatile. The fit is impeccable. The only thing that I did not like about this shoe is how easily it gets scuffed on the toe of the shoe, but that’s nothing that a little leather cleaner and repair can’t fix!

Great shoe!
True to size, but not much arch support. Very comfortable for a regular work-day or for a night on the town. I had to put some gel in-soles in my shoes for arch support, but other than that they are the perfect black pump!!! I highly recommend.

Got half size smaller and still to big -
Based on other reviewers I got a half size larger than my normal size and it was way too big. So I re-order my normal size 6.5 and it is still way too big. I should have gotten a half size smaller and got the size 6 like I thought from the way the size 7 fit. Bottom line don’t listen to the other reviews try your normal size first and then maybe a half size smaller. Beautiful shoe, I may try a size 6 which would be my third order/try.

The perfect little black pump -
This pump lasted me two years and has been the perfect complement to every outfit. So when it was time to toss them out, I naturally went and bought another pair of these same shoes. My foot always tends to slip out of pumps but these fit perfectly and my foot never slides. LADIES BUY THESE!!

Way too big -
I am normally a size 6.5 but based on other reviewers I ordered a size 7. It feels wide and way too large. I think I need a size 6.

Very stylish -
For once, a size 5 that feels like a size 5. Usually, shoes are a bit roomier than I would like, but these are snug and I'm very happy about that. They are very stylish and look and feel expensive. Excellent quality. I would order these again. Good investment.

I love these shoes. The cut just seems more sexy than your standard black pump. The leather is soft so they were immediately comfortable. Also, it has a thin rubber sole so I'm not worried about sliding around on some floors. I did find them a bit small, but I love them so much I'm ordering half a size larger. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Favorite Shoe!
I am in love with this shoe. The heel is the perfect height, and they are so comfortable. You can't really find them in stores anymore, but can still purchase them online. I was so excited when I saw that Zappos had them, in my size! I currently have 3 pairs and am going to buy a 4th to put away and save for when a pair gets beat up. Did I mention I love them?

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable I can wear them all day without foot fatigue. And, my husband comments on how sexy they look. I have this shoe in just about every color available (red patent, black patent, black, green croc, navy). I am waiting for them to come out in a camel or winter white.
