These shoes were SO COMFORTABLE, and overall really top notch. The fit seemed a bit big, and if I had kept them, I would have tried half a size smaller. The only problem is the stitching, which to me makes the shoe appear a little too casual for the big Italian wedding for which I'm trying to find shoes that won't make me want to saw my feet off at the end of the night. That's the only thing that kept me from keeping them. I think they are a must for anyone who wears high heels to work regularly.

Great shoes BUT -
I loved these shoes, but I kept slipping out of the heel....Tried heal liners.....didn't work....so unfortunately I had to return them.

My feet usually suffer in heels and less expensive brands, so usually have to pay for that rare combo of looks and comfort. Seemed like a lot of money, but I put them on and actually laughed: I've never had a more comfortable pair of heels. Or maybe even shoes. Immediately bought the Gabby (perfect for more casual clothing), will buy more as soon as I can pay for these! Amazing, amazing. Deserves to be more widely known; look forward to more styles.
I have a true medium width foot (nothing narrow about it); in heels have often needed a 9 for a wider toe box, but the 8.5, my usual size, feels great.

Heel Slippage!
Oh these shoes are so beautiful and held such promise! I got two sizes: 5.5 and 6 as I sometimes fall in between. They are extremely comfortable shoes, but I couldn't walk in them! I returned them both. The heel kept slipping off my poor foot. The 6 was actually comical. While sitting it felt great, but when I tried to walk I was like bambi on ice. The smaller size was snug. I worried if it was maybe too much, but walking in this size was better, but still my heel would slip. Not as much as the larger size, but enough to be problematic and mar my confidence while walking. For the price and my lifestyle I have higher expectations. I considered buying heel inserts, and this may have saved the day. But I was worried that I would ruin the shoe too much if I still decided to return them. Besides, a shoe this expensive shouldn't need anything extra to make it functional. It was hard returning them, because they were such a stylish pair of shoes. I wore them around the carpet at my work and got a compliment within 2 minutes. They have a casual everyday feel about them. I wish they had worked out.

Best comfort shoes around -
I am always on the lookout for comfortable shoes that are stylish yet comfortable. It seems anything with a heel would make my feet ache at the end of the day. But now I found the most comfortable shoes that are stylish yet so, so comfortable. And with a reasonable heel height. I'm hoping that more Gentle Soul's fashionable shoes will come out. So far this is the only style that doesn't look geriatric. Highly recommend this shoe.

Certainly the most comfortable pair of heels I’ve ever worn. Extremely cushioned footbed. I normally wear an 8, sometimes 7.5, since they were out of the 8, I got 7.5 and they fit great. Maybe the toes are a teeny bit cramped but I think that will go away with wear. Well worth it!

AMAZING!!
Wow...all I can say is AMAZING! These are by far the most comfortable pumps I've ever worn. Incredibly padded footbed with pockets of flax seeds on the sides and ultra soft deerskin leather. You won't be disappointed!

 |  | I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos and they were the wrong size. This is why I do not order by mail. I called to return them; however, and talked with one of your customer service reps. He was so friendly and accommodating, I will be shopping at Zappos many more times in the future. I was very impressed by his customer service and friendly attitude that he made me want to shop only at Zappos. Thank you.
