I have learned that when I try on shoes, not to write a review too fast. These are beautiful shoes, however, I should have gotten a wider size because they are a little more narrow and shorter than marked. They were comfortable upon "try on" but after I wore them around town a few times they were and still are overall smaller than marked.

This style shoe is very comfortable. The shoe feels true to size and width. I think I made a great investment.

I LOVE them -
I had been looking for something like this for a long time. The microfiber is so light and comfortable. The straps are wide enough that they don't cut into my foot. They're just the tiniest bit narrow, but I think a wide would be too wide for me so I'm sticking with the M.

I liked this shoe and I'm not a high heel wearer at all, so that was nice. It did give me a small blister the first day on my baby toe and I found that the elastic gore of the criss-cross was very comfortable, but also may not be the most flattering.

Not comfortable, not wide enough, sole is hard -
These looked very cute and comfy, but though still cute, they are much narrower than I expected and I ordered a wide width. Also, the sole is rather hard, not well made. I'm returning this shoe as it is overpriced for what it turned out to be as well as not comfortable at all.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
