Look good, but not very comfortable.
I bought these because I had an older pair of Dunham oxfords that I loved for the comfort, but these are nothing like them. OK support, but no padding... feels like I'm walking on concrete. That said, they do look quite nice with an occasional polish, so I've been wearing them, just not when I have to do a lot of walking.

I'm a 4E, so my selections are limited. I'm a Dunham/New Balance Man! The way I shopped in the past was to look for the size at the end of the box and then open it up to see if I liked the shoe. Zappos makes it easy for me. Super web site.

Awesome shoe for wide feet -
This is an excellent, durable shoe. I'm still wearing the pair I bought in October 2004 but they don't look "spiffy" enough for work now so I needed a new pair. Also, can't say enough good things about Zappos. Made an exchange without question and shipped overnight! So quick & easy. Will definitely do business again, especially as they carry 6E shoes!

Took a while to break in. I have trouble finding good shoes due to sore metatarsals and high arches. I liked the Dunham 9100 (Bradford) but that was discontinued. These are nicer but not as cushioned. Once broken in however, I really like them. I wear power step slim fit orthotics and they fit very nicely.

I travel constantly and wanted to eliminate extra shoes in the baggage. I purchased this shoe with the idea that it would do double duty - be an acceptable business shoe by day and a casual shoe by night. It looks okay in a clunky sort of way, but is heavier than I would wish. I had to pad the heel to get a better fit. It will likely end up in my closet as a winter back up.

Bad Blisters -
Despite trying to break these in for two weeks, I continue to get blisters on my right heel. Wanted to buy another brown pair, but decided not after dealing with this for so long.

Great working shoe -
These shoes are very comfortable. I carry a lot of weight and am on my feet all day. They pinch a little bit when crouching. But they have a great bouncy step and wear well. Excellent for narrow feet. I think they are made by New Balance and it shows.

Good all-around shoe -
I chose this shoe for traveling as it goes with both slacks and jeans. I travel very light (carry on only). These Dunham's Oxfords fit the bill nicely. On a recent trip I spent hours on my feet and walked a few hours a day and felt fine, no blisters or aching feet.

This was the 4th pair of these shoes that I've purchased. The previous ones were all great and I highly recommend them as a daily wearer for a commuter with a fair amount of walking as part of the commute.
However, this last pair was NOT the size that the shoes and the box were marked. Putting them up against my last pair sole to sole, the soles were a full half inch narrower and about 1/4" shorter. They were clearly a different sized shoe, and not just a manufacturing variance.
Needless to say, Zappos took care of the exchange quickly and I got another pair (same size markings) 2 days later that were properly sized.

I have always had problems getting a fit. These are the first slip-ons I have had success with. Zappos policies make it easy to try various shoes without risk.

A tad wider than a "B" or "C", but this is OK since most "narrow" shoes nowadays are far too narrow.
Overall, great looks, quality construction, quite comfortable... and Zappos' service is top-notch.

Sturdy Shoe -
The first day I wore these shoes, I developed one nasty blister on one heel. After breaking them in, they are pretty comfortable. The footbed is very comfortable. The construction seems pretty heavy duty. I walk a lot, averaging 2 to 3 miles a day. I ended up buying heel pads to get a better fit on my heels. I do have narrow heels.

Good cold-weather shoe -
This is a nice shoe. It's pretty basic but with a few variations that make it look good in a business casual environment, but where it stands out is in its traction and waterproofing, which make it good for getting into the office from a frozen parking lot. I was getting frustrated having more expensive dress shoes get trashed by road salt and do not anticipate having this problem with this shoe.

A great walk around shoe -
I'm now in my third pair of these shoes. They are attractive, durable and comfortable. Since I wear orthotics, the slightly extra room around the toe box and arch creates a great fit.

The shoes gave me a heel blister during the first couple of wears. They got progressively more comfortable as they were broken in. Generally, I am very satisfied with them.

Good for uniform requirements -
Very good quality; comfortable with classic design. I needed a narrow "uniform" type oxford and these fit the bill. Leather is smooth enough to get a nice shine with Kiwi and a lot of elbow grease.

Great for my heavy-walking work life!
I wore these last night for the 1st time (I wait tables) and they were very comfortable. I think they may need about a week to get really comfortable and worked in, but I had no blisters or sore spots. And having a waterproof shoe is great for my line of work!

I worked in these for 2-3 months and was very pleased; once broken in they fit well and looked good. However, the waterproofing treatment has started to slowly flake off the leather on one of the shoes. There is a growing spot of significantly duller leather at the toe with a white, powdery demarcation line before the shinier leather. It could be a fluke but I'm not going to buy another pair of these :-(

Comfortable, Light, Looks Like Dress Shoe -
We were looking for a shoe that is comfortable, provides arch support, has shock absorbing soles, is airport friendly, and looks like a dress shoe. This is the best shoe of this type (sometimes called a "service oxford") we have found. The shoes are surprisingly light. Excellent in every respect.

Outstanding!!
These are some of the best shoes that I have ever owned in terms of quality construction.
As long as they are offered I will continue to purchase this Dunham brand. I would advise getting more than one pair at a time just incase they run on back order for those that need 6E width.

Takes time to break in -
The shoes look great but the blisters on my heels are huge. I had to buy pads for the heels in order to wear these. I'm going to be patient and make them work since I have such an odd size. The price is really reasonable.

I also find it amazing that in a blink of an eye, my shipment of shoes is at my door. Personally I feel I get the best of shoes from Zappos that I can't find anywhere. When you have a child that has a shoe thing and I get to order a bunch of her so called popular shoes in one sitting, it saves a mom a lot of time and stress. I tell everybody about this web site.
