I was greatly impressed with the level of customer service at Zappos! I received the first pair of shoes in less than 24hours - after trying the shoes in my carpeted apartment, I decided to try a size smaller
and called Zappos. Again I had the new shoes in less than a day, and the return of the first pair was extremely easy. The shoes were by Ara, Portland 40017 - the fit was perfect at 1/2 size smaller than my normal size. The shoes are absolutely beautiful. However, I was sorely disappointed that they are not made of leather. I just assumed that shoes for $143 would be leather, and they are only leather lined. I have other shoes that are patent by Bally, and they ARE made of leather. I still continue to wear the shoes but they feel "hot" since they do not breathe the way leather shoes would. I would (am) highly recommending Zappos and will definitely order more shoes from you!
