Aerobics Instructors and Fitness Trainers Dream Watch - This watch is a great tool. I had a F4 and upgraded to the F55. I love all the options and how it is easier to use with 4 buttons instead of 2. I can watch my heart rate in a class and know where my students are close to. I love this watch. It keeps track of calories burned, heart rate and what weight lifting I do. The light is great when I run in the dark. The rest option is great to. It has helped me to lose my last 5 pounds and with it, I know I will keep it off. Not to mention, how neat the silver one looks. I would not recommend the red, it looks cheap. But the Silver is great. Thank you so much.
