One of the best flight watches out there -
This is a great watch, it uses citizen's Eco drive technology which is basically a very efficient solar cell built under the watch face. I'm not sure of the numbers but a full charge in sunlight can last you 120 days. This model comes in PVD which is the black paint that is molecularly bonded onto the steel so it doesn't chip off like cheaper watches. It has a date window and a slide rule for calculating all sorts of things like air speed and fuel usage, or just multiplication. The illumination is incredibly bright with a blueish tint at night. The bracelet is very sturdy and strong with a high quality clasp. This watch is easily resized with a watch band tool.
