I received my shoes very quickly and they were exactly what I was expecting. I really appreciate the 365 day return item if it is not used, even though I didn\'t need it. It was nice to have a reminder in the box to try on the shoes indoors so that they cans still be returned. Another nice touch was having the info in the box if you do decide to return the item. I will definitely use Zappos again.

I bought the pink plaid DC shoes for my daughter. They are her back-to-school shoes. She loves them and they look so cute. She knew with DC shoes to order a half size smaller, so they fit just right.

I bought these after my old sneakers wore out. I don't skate, but the idea of a skate shoe appealed to me due to my work; I'm involved in technical theatre. The flex and grip of the shoe is perfect for working backstage. Very comfortable right out of the box. A little more arch support would be good, but I'm still incredibly pleased.

The shoes are nice to look at but they need more cushioning in the soles. When I walk on gravel I can feel every stone. I bought Dr. Scholls inserts to make them more comfortable. I was also disappointed in the lack of support for your arches.\r\n\r\nI expected a better pair of shoes since they weren\'t cheap. I kept them because I\'m stationed overseas and have to do my shopping online. I needed another pair of shoes that weren\'t combat boots. I won\'t buy another pair.

I'm reviewing this product because Zappos asked me to, and I love Zappos. These shoes were good; if you've worn DC's before and liked them then you'll like these. The color of the ones I got, pumpkin I think, is good, but I wish the brown was a little darker. Sizing is perfect and the shoes don't take a lot of break in time. Very comfortable, I wear them with everything all the time. Will continue to buy DCs, from Zappos, probably for the rest of my young adult life.

I love the Chelsea DC shoes. They are very cool looking and super comfortable. In fact I have 5 pairs in all different designs and colors. I can't wait until I can order my next pair. I also get compliments on them daily.

Good style, good fit, comfortable. Comfortable enough to walk all day in. Not as much cushion as other skating shoes, but then again I don\'t use them to skate.

I ordered and received the black and white plaid shoes... and let me tell ya, they're awesome! They fit perfectly and it's hard to find shoes that fit me just right. I plan on buying some more of these types of awesome DC shoes.

I love these sneakers. I have them in 3 colors. I have wide feet and these shoes fit great. Looks good with skinny jeans, denim skirts, or sweats.

Can't say enough about this shoe. Extremely comfortable for longs days on feet or gym workouts. I've switched to flatter shoes and find them to be much more comfortable than high-tech shoes with tons of support. These shoes are great for weight-lifting where you need a no-slip flat shoe. Great value for the money!

The DC Chelsea shoes for girls are so CUTE! They have great cushion and support that you can wear them all day. These are TRUE TO SIZE and they actually run a little wide, which is nice- skate shoes tend to run wide anyway. I hope they come out with more colors!

An excellent pick!
I bought the DC Chelsea, in olive and I absolutely love it. The picture on the webpage doesn't do them justice. I work on my feet all day, and they are comfortable enough to wear all day long. Plus, I took my time picking out a pair of shoes to purchase, wanted to find just the right pair. These are different without being outrageous. I also couldn't be happier with the Zappos service. Free shipping and delivered in three days! AWESOME!

I love this boot!!! It's the most comfortable boot and it looks so expensive. It weighs practically nothing and I can't imagine anyone saying anything negative about it. I can walk all day in them and my feet don't hurt. I give it two thumbs waaaay up.

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
