I wore the shoes right out of the box. My feet are in bad shape. These shoes fit fantastic. I now have balance again. Having trouble with your feet these shoes will correct that.

I am an RN. I work 12 hr shifts, mostly on my feet. These are the most comfortable shoes I ever worn. I was wearing Reebok DMX Max, which are good, but not compared to these. Not only is there great cushioning, but the support is fantastic.

The shoe fit is good. Arch supports are excellent. My only negative is personal in regards to a severe left foot arch problem that gets rather sore after wearing the shoes all day, but the arch support is doing its job and may lessen as they break in. I have a pair of white New Balance 926 that fit great and I don't have the arch issue with them. I bought the Saucony Progrid because the New Balance had increased in price. In hindsight, for me, I wish I had "bit the bullet" bought black 926's and stayed with what was working for me, as the saying goes.

Good work shoe - I am working in food service and in and out the kitchen this is very comfortable and safe on wet floors. The size is perfect but the look is not that good. It does the job for me and I love it.

Great walking shoe for traveling -
I bought these shoes to wear on a week-long trip to Germany. I did a lot of walking/hiking while there. The shoes fit very well, hugging my feet so they didn't slide around. My feet never tired in these shoes. The dark brown color doesn't show dirt. I would buy these shoes again.

When I read the review for this walking shoe I thought I found the perfect shoe, as it turned out it didn't supply the support I needed.

Very comfortable shoe, the fit was very good but just a plain-looking shoe...nothing fancy! The price was steep compared to the Propet shoe which fit almost exactly the same and the Propet is a better-looking shoe! The price of the Saucony should be about where the Propet price is!

Great for a bad back -
First sneakers ever that didn't need inserts to make them comfortable. Also-had major spinal surgery and these sneakers help me walk 3-4 miles a day! They look like skate board sneakers. Kinda cool.

Like walking on air!
I'm on my feet all day, walking on both concrete and asphalt. The extra thick sole insulates well against the heat. I've tried several different brands/styles recently and these are hands-down the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. And it's so easy shopping for just that right shoe from "Zappos" of course!

Picky now happy -
I've spent hours shopping and trying on shoes for my short wide feet that have a variety of painful problems. None of which need anything to resolve them except an excellent pair of shoes. I ordered three pair from Zappos hoping to have multiple winners. The others were okay but these were perfect. Finally months and endless hours of hunting have come to a happy ending.

Finally!
I have finally found shoes that are comfortable on my feet. I've had problems with my feet for a few years and I've recently had two surgeries. I couldn't find anything that was comfortable to walk in for any length of time. Now I have. They are very comfortable and I'm extremely happy with them. Saucony is now my brand.

I practically live in the Saucony Grid Stabil "running shoe" version of this shoe. The same size and width of the "walking" version is longer and narrower, but otherwise the same high quality and comfort. These are great shoes for people with over-pronation problems!

Size not quite right -
I bought the Saucony Progrid Stabil LE 4 because New Balance didn't have a similar (non-logo'd) shoe. I needed a shoe with no distinctive "brand markings" for a uniform shoe. That said, I have many pairs of New Balance in size 4E; they all fit perfectly. The Saucony I bought is supposed to be the same size (4E). It just doesn't fit the same. It's a bit tight. I guess they are just "OK". By comparison, I prefer the New Balance shoes.

Great shoes -
I bought these shoes because New Balance discontinued their 925's in brown-which I need for my workplace. I thought those were the best walking shoes I'd ever owned, but these are better. They're lighter, grip the floor better when it's wet, and my feet feel just fine after a 40 hour work-week walking all day. If you want to pick up chicks, these probably aren't your shoes. But if your feet, calves, knees, and lower back are killing you (like mine did), these are great shoes that definitely helped me. I'd definitely recommend these.

Big man shoes -
Not the best looking shoes I have seen, but these shoes do the trick. After purchasing dozens of shoes that end up hurting my feet, making my toes numb, these Saucony’s are for me. They are soo comfortable, and the wideness does not make my toes go numb. I am a big man (280lbs, 6 Foot tall) and these shoes I can wear all day long without any foot pain, God I hate the look, but after wearing these puppies I would wear them if they were PINK for the comfort they give!
