Timberland Torrance Chelsea Boot -
Great looking and wearing boot. Size is true to norm. Material holds up well. Very comfortable. Low supply of unique color/material combinations. Zappos only place that has a decent variety.

The best pair of boots I own -
I was a little worried about buying a pair of boots without laces, but I really had nothing to worry about with Zappos free 2 way shipping. The boots fit great right out of the box and they are so comfortable. Everywhere I go people actually notice these boots. Did I mention that they are very durable? I love them.

Awesome Shoe -
I am a fan of Timberlands. I've worn other brands, but Timberlands have been my favorite. They're very waterproof, durable and soft on the feet. I am giving it a four instead of a five for comfort only because I also have a Timberland Davit Chelsea Boot, which is super comfortable. Otherwise, it's great. I would suggest wearing longer socks so the boot doesn't scrape your shins.

Beautiful Boots - So Long as they Stay in your Closet -
I own two pair of these beauties, and they are as comfortable as they are classically beautiful. The problem is that they scuff and STAIN ridiculously easily, and nothing - absolutely nothing - I've tried will either keep them clean or get stains out once they appear (hence my having two pairs). This fault makes them inappropriate for everyday wear. Also, if you need true arch support, you'll need to buy inserts.

6 months and doing well -
Very supportive. Good traction without looking like mud tires. Good for short hikes and long motorcycle rides.
Just spent last three days at shot show, Las Vegas convention center with them. 8 hours a day on my feet and felt well at the end of the day.

Runs a bit big compared to other brands -
I really like the comfort of this shoe. But the size 8 I order in medium width had way too much room and felt like they might actually rub a lot if walking fast. I normally wear an 8 medium in J & M, Keen, and Stonefly FWIW. While I found the comfort great, I did not like the look enough for use with much other than jeans. The non-gloss black is a more casual look in person than I thought it would be. No worries though with Zappos, I actually found a lace up Timberland to try instead. Yes also very casual but I know that going into it and that style will work for my intent, hopefully that fit will be a bit better.

Excellent Shoe!
I ordered these shoes for my husband for Christmas. I seriously got them the very next day after I had ordered them. I ordered his normal size and they were too big, so we sent them back and the smaller size fit perfect! Great for a dressier look with jeans. He calls them his "sexy boots"!

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He loves them and finds them comfortable enough to wear to work (teacher). He has said that his feet get hot at work. They look stylish and are obviously well made shoes.

Great pair of boots -
Got these water proof boots for winter wear. Have been very impressed by their ability to stay dry, comfort and simple classic styling. Very easy to break in and well constructed. I normally wear 11 and after reading reviews decided to heed advice and go for the 10.5 and they fit perfectly.

Great in the wet and cold!
I got these anticipating cold and wet during a trip to Europe this last December and they were simply wonderful. Fit me perfectly and got the job done. I'm buying another pair!

Bought two pair. One for my husband and one for my son-in-law. My son-in-law just loves them. Great to put on on snowy mornings and wear to work all day.
Unfortunately, my husband has a high instep and just couldn't get them on so I had to return them. He was very disappointed because he liked the idea of them and the look.

Great Boot!
This is the best fitting longest lasting boot I have ever owned. This is my second pair and the first lasted about two years and I hate to throw them away. I have a horses and I give these boots pretty rough use in both winter and summer and they have always give me good ankle support which is a problem for me. Also, I have very wide EEE feet and it's the only boot I can put on new and wear all day the first day with out problems. Just a Great Boot. Thanks.

The most comfortable boot I have ever worn -
I bought these online because I liked the look with jeans. When I got them, I put them on and they fit like a glove. I can wear them all day with no discomfort. My wife has to hide them from me because I wear them with everything, everyday. I am going to purchase a black pair. Highly recommended.

Great Boot!
This is my husband's second round of this boot. He owns it in Brown and Black. He wears the brown ones CONSTANTLY (the black for dress up) and owned his first pair for about 4 years. I just bought him another pair of brown for Christmas. They are rugged, and look really good with just about anything.

Comfortable?
I'm surprised at all of the 5 stars for comfort on these. Maybe it's my narrow feet (and my feet are pretty narrow), but I have 2-3 sores on my feet from wearing these only 2 days, the worst of which is on my ankle where the elastic meets the leather inside the boot. Ow! I'd return them but I've worn them out of the house...

My new favorite shoe -
One of the most comfortable shoes I've owned. Just make sure to get it a half-size smaller than you normally wear -- they stretch as you break them in, so you'll want something that feels snug when you put them on the first time. I had to exchange the first pair I bought (piece of cake with Zappos' excellent service) for a smaller pair.

Great Boot -
The Boot is great. It really has a c casual look and feel to it. It is true; the boot runs a little big. I normally wear a size 10 in sneaker, but will fit sung into a 9.5. A 9.5 in this particular boot will fit me like a size 10. The cushion insole is very comfortable. Kinda slippery in wet slick surfaces. But overall I love these boots.

My Best Boots -
These are the best shoes or boots I have had in a decade. Out of the box they both looked good and felt good. No break in will be needed with them. I am impressed that an online purchase was so great. When I buy my next footwear I will certainly refer to Zappos and Timberland.

Great boots -
Really nice boots. Sized 1/2 to a full size larger. I wear a 10 1/2 running shoe and usually a 10 dress shoe. Had to do a 9 1/2 in this boot. I ride a motorcycle yet need boots I can wear to social functions as well. These are perfect. I did not have any discomfort from the first time trying them on. Even better company. Zappos is amazing.

Warm and cushy stylin' boots -
Very comfortable boots with more support than I've experienced with Blundstones are Doc Martens, but a little too warm for the later spring weeks. I see these kicks working well with jeans or casual work clothes come early fall and winter. I needed dressier black boots and these fit the bill. The price is right!

Classic look/ outstanding comfort -
You can't go wrong with this boot. You can dress up or go casual; its classic look is never out of style. It's ultra comfortable and waterproof, so you don't have to worry about the elements.
It runs about a 1/2 size larger (I generally take an 11 1/2) and is slightly on the narrow size, which worked well for me.

 |  | You guys truly are the best! I will forever by a Zappos customer. You guys easily have the best selection of any shoe store on the web or any mega store front in a mall. Shopping for shoes physically at a shoe store is very tiresome because they never seem to have the sizes or styles that I like. So you go from store to store and very possibly will never find anything you really want and sometimes buy something you really don't like. Also, other store fronts on the web do not do as good as job as Zappos at showing the customer all the important information about the shoe - different view points, colors, reviews, etc. Your customer service is first class. Your packaging and shipping service is first class. And again, your web-site is first class and flat out beats everyone else on the market. The shoes I ordered looked exactly like what I picked on your web-site. I got EXACTLY what I wanted. This is just my second time ordering from Zappos and I will never buy shoes from anyone else again. If I need anything else in the future for myself, my wife, or my kids, I will come to Zappos first.
