I ordered this shoe for my granddaughter, it is gorgeous, AND SHE SEEMS TO BE VERY COMFORTABLE IN IT.
The service at Zappos is the best I’ve ever had from a retail unit.......perfect…
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: the other two i bought at the same time.especially the crocs which she just loves

 |  | Sadly I've come to expect little or no customer service these days, but I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with your product and service. I ordered my son a pair of shoes at approximately 10:00pm and was shocked to find the package sitting on my door step the following day. You guys upgraded my shipping at no cost to me and the product was as advertised – WOW. I'm a big fan and will be passing the word. Zappos is great! Thank you, Don B.
