Stylish laptop bag -
My bag is a brown/tan print. Conservative, but more stylish than the usual black. It's roomy and nicely padded.

The bag holds up to a 15 inch laptop and has quite a few easily accessible (Velcro and zipper closing) pockets for all my stuff. The detachable shoulder strap is comfortable and adjustable enough for petites (I'm 5'3"). Most importantly for me, it is almost weightless. Padding on the bottom is thicker than others I've looked at, and sides appears to be adequate. Finishing is excellent and all closings work smoothly. All in all, a terrific laptop bag. I bought it in the cream and brown and it's really nice looking for what it is.
And as usual, terrific service and choice from Zappos!

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
