Purchased for my wedding.
I purchased these for my wedding, but I'm returning them because they're higher than I wanted and didn't offer much support in the back strap. Though the shoe is beautiful and has a nice sparkle.

In a world where excellent customer service is a thing of the past, I have to commend Zappos! I was able to find the shoes I wanted easily, and place the order within minutes. I received an order confirmation before I left your site. I tracked the shipment this morning, seeing that they were already in my area, then received the shoes before lunch time! I would pay extra for this service! The fact that you offer this service free is more of a credit to the way you run your business! Excellent job! I will continue to buy all my shoes from Zappos.com!
