Disappointed -
I should have paid more attention to the reviewer that said the bag was small. It will fit 8.5 x 11 papers, but not too many and not if they are in a plastic sleeve. The straps are not comfortable. The compartments inside are nice. I am a teacher, and I need a bit bigger tote for papers and sometimes notebooks. I am keeping the bag because it has nice compartments inside. I will just be hanging on until I can buy another bag. (I really wanted a Vera Bradley.)

I own about 12 Gravis product all purchased off Zappos, first of all I want to say that customers like I who purchase multiple items should get some sort of discount you know buy 10 get the next half off but any ways this bag is great! The color is a little off from the picture (khaki one that is) but other then that owning previous Gravis bags I can tell that this is another one that will last, perfect bag for everyday use – if you get this bag you will not be disappointed!

Disappointed after all the rave reviews -
Great organizational set up but too small overall to really utilize and fit even a medium book, cumbersome zipper and snap closure, and uncomfortable stiff straps that rub my shoulder. I thought it looked like a great bag but unfortunately, I probably will return it.

Best bag ever!!
This bag is terrific. It holds a ton of stuff, has all the compartments you need for little things, and stays on your shoulder really well. It's a great bag to use for commuting.

The perfect bag -
This bag has got the be the best purse I have ever bought - it's unique, the fabric repels water and stains, and it has so many cool features inside. I have been a Gravis customer for years - I have a pair of their shoes and they are the best all around skate/board shoes I've ever owned so I wasn't surprised that the Madison bag was amazing. It is definitely worth the price - Gravis has always lived up to my expectations

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us.
