I purchased this shoe in an 8 narrow and it fits great. I previously bought another pair (wanting to mix things up), but after one match gave them away due to discomfort. I've learned my lesson. I'm sticking to this brand & model!

Let me start out by saying that Zappos is the best online place to buy shoes. The customer service can\'t be beat! The New Balance shoes are wonderful, too. I have a hard time fitting any shoe for real comfort walking but these are really good. They are as described for width and size. They will be on my feet for my next multi-day walking vacation.

These shoes are not only very nice looking, but they hold up well during aerobic exercise and walking. The arch support is just the right height for my feet, allowing me to comfortably keep on walking. They excel compared most other shoes at this price point.

I have really wide feet and have trouble finding shoes that fit properly. These shoes were the answer to my prayers. I play tennis on an average of 4 times a week and have gone through boxes of bandaids in the past. Now, there is no need for them at all because these shoes fit and feel so good!

I've purchased 3 pairs of this same shoe from Zappos, 2 of them EE width and 1 EEE width. It seems to no longer be offered in EEE width, which I prefer by far. There are no online or brick and mortar stores that sell this width of shoe! I only had 1 choice, and now that choice is gone as well. I liked the EEE width because I could wear 2 pairs of socks on the hard tennis courts, much better cushioning. I am now forced to only get a EE width. And again, New Balance is the only tennis/court shoe in this width. There have to be some other folks out there with fat feet like mine. I've had 2 foot surgeries and my feet have flattened out. I just need shoes that fit. Please bring back the EEE widths! You will have a customer for life.

Very comfortable shoe. I ordered a half size larger than normal to accommodate sports socks. Good support BUT feel the shoe doesn\'t last very long. The leather "gives" too much. Still, the stability and comfort of the shoe offsets the inconvenience of having to buy a new one often.

These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever had and I can use them with my orthotics. New Balance was recommended by a doctor who treats professional athletes. They give me support and feel true to size.

I have wide feet and find it impossible to find tennis shoes that fit. I play tennis often and am always willing to pay for a really good tennis shoe. Unfortunately these shoes are not it! I thought they felt comfortable wearing them at home and so I wore them to play tennis. My big toe kept sliding to the bottom of the shoe and jarring every time I ran and stopped suddenly (which one does often when playing tennis). I wore these shoes once and never again as I did not want to lose my big toe nail or damage my big toe. Will someone please make a decent tennis shoe? These were a waste of good money. I gave them to Goodwill. I then bought New Balance 1004 and these too are a poor fit and after wearing once these tennis shoes are also headed for Goodwill. I will have no more money left at this rate!

\r\nMy New Balance sneakers are comfortable, well made, and true to size. They are one of the few companies that use leather uppers instead of a synthetic material. I play tennis at least 5 days a week, and they are holding up very well.\r\n\r\nI can\'t say enough about Zappos. I ordered my sneakers by regular mail (free), and they were at my doorstep the next day. You can\'t beat that!

I bought these shoes for my niece. She has extremely wide feet and I can never find any shoes to fit her. These fit her perfectly! Everything was true to size. She said that they are very comfortable and hold up well on the tennis court.

I had read the previous reviews about this shoe. Quite impressed!! Since I stand on a concrete floor all day, and knew that if the shoe wasn\'t up to snuff, I could send them back, based upon your top knotch customer service. Received them the next day at my job. I put them on, grinned and said "Ohhhhhhh!!! You guys rock!!! Fantastic sneaker!
I continue to be pleased with ordering from Zappos! I have a wide foot and it's hard to find stylish shoes that are also comfortable. This sneaker is so comfortable!! I like the fit and styling of this shoe, but the sole seems very firm for my liking. As a dental assistant, I bought this shoe to wear to work, but it has caused me quite a bit of pain. A long history of plantar fascia pain has made me a believer in New Balance shoes, but this particular shoe is too firm for my foot. Even inserts have not helped the pain. I keep hoping the situation will improve.

Lifesaver Shoe -
I needed a really wide shoe to allow for orthotics. I have an injury to the ball of my foot that requires enough wide so my foot isn't compressed at all. These were my favorite court shoe before, now they are the ONLY court shoe I can wear. Can't wait to get out and hit the courts.

Great court shoe! Good fit, good support and just an all around great court shoe. Sole seems to be extra durable for playing on rougher surfaces.

I've worn New Balance shoes for several years as they were recommended by my podiatrist. I usually wear an 8.5WW. This shoe runs big and I wish I had ordered them in a half size smaller. I wish New Balance would carry a few standard styles in their upper level shoes that didn't have the wild colors. Zappos is a great company to order from they make shoe buying easier for hard to fit feet.

Best shoe for very wide feet!!! This is my second pair of these shoes, which I use exclusively for league tennis, so they get a pounding! My foot is especially wide from the arch to the top of the foot, and these provide enough space! I have had 2 foot surgeries and now wear orthotics, so I got an EEE width. It fit the orthotics just fine, and still had some room, so I wear 2 pairs of socks (extra cushioning is great for the hard tennis courts anyway). Just ordered 2 more pair of shoes from Zappos – fantastic service!!! Great shoes!

Great Tennis Sneaker -
I usually wear size 7M in regular shoes so that was the size I ordered since most of the reviews said it felt true to fit. (This is my first pair of this brand) However I had to return these and selected one size up, a half size up would have worked but the additional toe room is perfect for tennis.
Just played and they were great, absolutely comfortable. No more trauma to my nails. Love them.
Your customer service was wonderful.

Thank you for all the great reviews. I wear a WW width and have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit. I was looking for a shoe for tennis and general fitness and after reading reviews for several different styles, I chose the 803. They fit perfectly with my orthotics, lots of room in the toe box and did not need to be broken in. I played tennis this morning for 2 hours and my feet felt great. Now if I could just find a pair of dress shoes as easily.

Great cushion. Not too stiff. Very, very generous in the width especially in the toe box. What I didn't like is the workmanship under the laces in the interior. There is extra fabric that is not stitched or glued down that I feel would roll and rub after a short period of time. These are going back and my search for wide court shoes continues.

The shoes are stiff so I hope they get soft and comfortable. I wish there was a bit more arch support. I slipped on the court a couple days ago and hope they are just 'new.' Always looking for a comfortable tennis shoe.
