Love these shoes!
I’m surprised by the comments that call these uncomfortable, I have worn them for hours and hours at a time while on my feet and dancing, and I find them incredibly comfortable, even with the 4" heel! If you can't wear heels then these aren't for you, but they're actually one of the most comfortable pair of heels I own.

Super sexy, but super painful!
I bought the red patent leather and can only wear them to work where I sit most of the day. I love wearing stilettos and heels, but these are so unbelievably uncomfortable... they don't look like it because it has a thick heel, but they are! Wear at your own risk.

The Steve Madden Myra shoes are very beautiful but VERY VERY uncomfortable. I had read these reviews about how uncomfortable they were before I bought them but decided to buy them anyway. BIG MISTAKE! I got the black leather because it will be more flexible than patent leather and they were still uncomfortable. I even put insoles in them but they hurt your toes because they slide when you walk and they get cramped up. One of the heels also started to come loose...what's up with that? I noticed Steve Madden heels are usually uncomfortable. Sometimes you can't put looks over comfort. I wish I hadn't.

Terrible shoe -
These shoes are beautiful but incredibly uncomfortable. I had to limp and hobble to get home with them.

Cute but uncomfortable.
I'm not sensitive to high heels or even uncomfortable shoes... as long as they look good. I bought these for work, buying my normal size and then returning them for a half size bigger. They are really cute and go great with everything, but they were complete foot torture. I am hardly ever on my feet at work, but even at my desk they were suffocating my feet. Mind you, even the half size bigger was too big on my foot but it STILL ached. My suggestion is to find another pair like it. They are cute but don't seem to have been crafted with the foot in mind.

BEAUTIFUL AND SIMPLE -
These shoes offer a more even distribution of weight between the heel and ball of the feet because of the sturdy and thick shoe heels. They felt a little big overall but were wide enough that my toes didn't feel squeezed at any time. I wore them and danced with them from noon to midnight at a wedding (as I was in the Bridal Party.) The style is dressy enough for a black tie affair but simple enough to wear when out on the town. This season the metallic silver leather look is everywhere. Get a matching purse while you are here. Classics are always in fashion.

Break them in little by little...
The first time I wore these shoes, I thought I was going to cry. They even hurt when I was sitting down! However, I gave them another shot and I’m sure glad I did because they weren't horribly uncomfortable the second time around. I think if you break them in slowly, it's not so bad. Just don't wear them out dancing the first time you get them. Oh, and they ran small for me... about a half size too small.

These are great and navy is very hard to find right now (for some reason). I find that with Steve Madden shoes, I have to order a 1/2 size larger.

Bad Decision -
I made a bad decision. The 8 was too tight in the width, (my usual size), and I sent them back, and the 8 1/2 is fine in the width but too much space in the heel. I can put my index finger between my heel and the shoe...so I really can't wear them. I've worn them only once...

This has been a great navy blue pump for work; it looks great with skirt suits. I have had people actually stop in the middle of conversations and say "what cute shoes, where did you get them?"

They are extremely pretty. They make your feet small and your legs very, very long :) They are comfortable for high-heel pumps. I wore them at a party for 2h or so and I felt pretty comfortable. I am not sure they are the type of shoes one wears for a whole day though.

Great work shoe!!!
I am on my feet for 8 hours a day working, and this shoe is great. Fits perfect and is comfortable all day. I had been looking for a 3 inch heel in navy for a long time to match my uniform and this is it. I love it!!!!!
