One size larger -
Beautiful shoe, but at least one size larger then marked. Although the shoes are very light, and feel very comfortable on, it is very hard to walk in them as the heel is not being held in place by the straps. Very uncomfortable construction. As much as I like them, I will not buy a smaller pair.

 |  | I just received my first order from Zappos.com ON TIME! and you have a customer for life!!! Too bad I did not hear about you before now! I was helped by a young woman, as I was so excited that BOTH my shoes fit that I called and asked for her name and spoke to her lead about my experience. I have had foot surgeries and I it is very difficult to find good fitting shoes, especially dress shoes. She was patient and wonderful and guided me to shoes that actually fit and feel good!
