I recently ordered the Timbuk2 case for my ibook G4, although at the beginning I was not satisfied with my order due to my own inability to know what size bag I needed, however. Zappos excellent customer service was a remedy to my dilemma. I quickly called them to exchange my product and with no hesitation my new size came in the very next day, WOW was my first words that came out of my mouth. This experience enlivened my day, although I decided to keep the first bag I ordered, Zappos return policy lightened up my stress in the procedure of returning it. My bag at the end is amazing I love it, the product is Timbuk2 quality and my experience is definitely worth sharing. These guys know what there doing and I say...Thank You.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
