Beautiful But Cruel - I desperately want to love these shoes but they are the most uncomfortable I have ever worn. They are beautiful in person, especially the stacked heel. However, the leather is so incredibly stiff it rivals stainless steel in strength. These are torture from the back - with the strap cutting directly into your heel - to the front - with the top cutting into the middle of your toes. I usually love Kenneth Cole shoes but these are an anomaly. They are lovely but very poorly executed!

Adorable but a pincher - The shoe looks great on and fits true to size. But the leather on the upper is thick and stiff so that it pinches the top of your foot when you walk. I have not worn them yet but haven't found any espresso shoes I like as much... so I think the pain might be worth it in this case.

	Zappos is what up - I was very pleased and satisfied with the service and merchandise I received from Zappos it should be renamed Zippos. I order in 1 day my merchandise arrived the next that was fast service. Iâ€™m so pleased I found this company; I also find the prices are right. Thank you Zappos you got my vote.
