I've had these shoes for over a year and have been very satisfied. The Onyxx outsole is extremely durable especially compared to my last pair of climbing shoes (Mad Rock Flash). One concern about the shoes is their lack of "breathability." My feet sweat a lot in these shoes!

True to size, no stretch -
They feel true to size, but in regular street shoe size. I went from a 5.10 Coyote size 9 to a 9.5 in the Gambit. Tried on the 9, but way to small. The coyotes stretch 1/2 size at least and these Gambits don't stretch at all. In comparison the sides near the ankle bone are a little high, but have a much better heal cup and more aggressive toe. As far as performance they are much better, great rubber (I didn't think you could improve on the c4 rubber, but I was wrong), heel hooks are sweet.

SWEET -
Great shoes, very comfortable and breathable with good rubber. I've had them for a few weeks and they seem to be holding up well. Prior to The Gambit I was wearing a size 10.5 Five Ten Coyote, I ordered a 10.5 Gambit and it seemed a little small. Nothing that can't be fixed with a little breaking in. Like always great service from our friends at Zappos. Thanks.

Super breathable and comfortable!
The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Super breathable. Stealth onyx rubber is the best!
