Love these shoes; they are very comfortable. I'm on my feet 9 hours a day and I lift heavy objects, stand at a computer and run up and down stairs. With these shoes my feet don't hurt after a day of work, and better yet my knees don't either! They are great on slippery surfaces. I love these and will buy these shoes again!

My daughter wears them for school as part of her uniform. They look very nice. She is very critical with her shoes. These are approved. She tells me that they are comfy. She wishes that she could tighten the strap a little more.

I love these shoes - I bought my first pair last year when I was working at Starbucks. They made my feet, back, and joints feel better after days of standing. Eventually they got so disgusting (due to the job) and a little less comfortable. I went for a while with different shoes, but finally bought my second pair just a few months ago. And now I’m back to loving them. I have a high arch and I put an arch wedge in them and they are perfect!

Cute little shoe. Great fit, but when I walked around the house in them, I found that my feet sort of rolled inward toward each other. Lack of arch support? Never had this happen with a shoe before, or else it was just very pronounced with this shoe. Had to return them.

I own quite a few pairs of Skechers and I have to say that these are the most uncomfortable pair I have. You don\'t realise just how bad they are until after you\'ve walked in them for a day. Then OUCH! You know! The heel is very hard and narrow which is a recipe for some very bad blisters on the heel. The straps going across the top of the foot cause blisters as well. All in all a huge disappointment.

During my 10 hour work day as a nurse if I wear a bad shoe I usually have problems with heel discomfort. I have successfully been wearing Dansko clogs, but they were due to be replaced. Since I had successfully been wearing the Step-up version of this shoe on a casual basis after my back surgery I thought I would try the Hobby for work. The work version (Hobby) of this shoe is a little stiffer than the casual shoe (Step-up). At first I had a little difficulty wearing the Hobby during the long work day; however, I am happy to report that I find them comfortable after about 4 weeks of use.

I had the best customer support experience in my life with Zappos.com! I had to exchange some shoes. I inadvertently threw out the receipt and the original packaging and box. I called customer service and they were so supportive of me; they said it was okay and they even sent me a return UPS shipping label and I received my exchanged shoes the next day. I have told everyone I know about the positive experience I had with Zappos and how supportive they were with me. And also, the shoes are excellent - Skechers Work Bikers-Hobbie - I work in healthcare and am on my feet all day; they were just what the MD ordered and so comfortable. These shoes were cheaper on Zappos then if I went into the stores where I originally went. I am going to order a second pair. I told all my coworkers and they are only going to use Zappos exclusively.

My shoes arrived much sooner than I expected. The width is perfect and they are so very comfortable. The straps towards the inside of the shoe began giving me a blister after the second week of wear and it was because I had them strapped too tightly so be aware of that possibility. All in all, a great shoe that I would purchase again. Thanks Zappos!

Constantly standing. I bought these shoes for my retail job which requires me to constantly stand. I have wide feet which don't fit into most shoes; I didn't have to go any wider and the size is perfect. They cradle my feet and give them a little bounce. Amazing shoes and so happy.

My feet are narrow, so when I tightened the strap enough for the shoe to fit my foot, the end of the strap was touching the ground. The side of the shoe was also a little high and rubbed my ankle bone with every step I took. I appreciate Zappos' easy and free return process.

These are great work shoes for me; I work in catering and am on my feet all day - running, lifting heavy boxes and pushing carts. I used to wear clogs, which I think are better suited for standing in one place...but these are much more comfortable. And they are definitely more attractive than most work shoes out there!

Very little arch support -
I usually buy Finn Comforts, Danskos, and Kumfs, but I thought I would give these a try because I'm tired of having to wear weird-looking European shoes. Based on the reviews, I thought they would have good arch support, but I was wrong. The padding and arch support in this shoe are very minimal. The redeeming quality is that the shoe is quite deep and wide and can probably accommodate an orthotic. Plus, they're cute in a sporty way. I usually wear 8.5 wide (C/D) but when I ordered these in an 8.5W they were WAY too big. They were falling off my feet. I could have made these work with the appropriate size and an insert, but if I have to spend that much to improve the arch support then I might as well buy a quality shoe from the beginning.

These shoes look cute, but beware! They are unwearable!! I got them for my job waiting tables because we have to wear no-slip soles, but they made my life HELL. The straps I once thought were cute would rub my foot raw and give me blisters. I tried different kinds of socks, but nothing worked. I kept telling myself they just needed to be broken in more, because I felt so bad that I spent so much on them. Even after they were broken in I still had to put band-aids on before work to try to make it hurt less. I finally gave up and switched to my old sneakers, I just wear long pants so I can hide them.

First of all, I inadvertently ordered a size 11 instead of a 9 1/2. When I discovered it, it was too late to cancel the order. I requested information on how to send the shoes back and order the correct size, adding that I was willing to pay the shipping as the mistake was my own. The customer service representative assured me that was not necessary; Zappos would pay the shipping, and she placed the corrected order for me so I didn't have to resubmit an order. Then when I received the shoes, they fit very well. The size is true, and they are very comfortable. I have other Skechers shoes, but these are more sturdily built and not as casual. The strap is longer than on other Skechers, and the velcro strip is longer, also, which allows for more adjustment for comfort. The insole is removable to allow for orthotics, and the outsole is quite flat compared to other Skechers, although it is designed to be slip resistant. I feel these will last quite a while, and be good walking shoes.

I always have to buy extra wide shoes, because my foot is wide. I took a chance on this shoe and I am so very glad I did. It is quite fashionable, as well as comfortable. It is nice having an alternative pair, besides work shoes or sneakers. Thank you Zappos.

I am up and down on my feet all day. These shoes are the best I've ever worn! The arch support and heel cushion are top of the line and the design provides stability through all the twisting and turning while being very cute.

A friend told me about the neat pair of shoes she was wearing and not only did she buy them from Zappos* but that they were SKETCHERS WORK BIKERS-HOBBIE* shoes. They are really very comfortable! I first chose them because they had arch support, where some other brands did not, and am so glad I did, second because they offered wider widths.

I purchased this shoe in white for summer. The shoe runs a tiny bit larger than my normal size of 11 normal width, but I am wearing them without socks and this may be the reason they seem larger. The shoe is quite comfortable the non-slip sole is great. I like the narrow adjustable strap that can be tightened easily. I'm going to order another pair in black, too. All in all, I highly recommend this shoe for people who walk alot and need a comfortable work shoe. The price is very reasonable.

The shoes were ordered because I had a recent fall that resulted in a broken leg. I wanted something that was slip proof. Not for work... The shoes are very comfortable, easy to get on and I love them. I just wish the toe was not so rounded. Makes them look a little Granny like. I have had people ask where I got them and I referred them to you. Our town of 110,000 had nothing like this...I learned of this web site on Celebrity Apprentice.

I usually wear Naturalizers to work, but I needed something a little less "formal" for going out on the weekends, but still something I could wear to work. The black version of these fit the bill. After reading the reviews, I was wondering how big they would make my feet look. Well, they DO look a little bigger, but nothing a pair of wide leg jeans or pants won’t fix! These are SUPER comfy. There is a lot of padding, which is great for me because I walk around a lot. I have wide feet, but the medium width feels more like a wide. I’m also wearing my normal size.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
