 |  | Your company ROCKS! I have ordered only 3 times over the past 2 years, as I generally need to try on shoes before I buy. However, I have ordered for both my husband and my son. Not only did the product come without any hassle, but two times my shipping was upgraded to overnight with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES! This was especially helpful when my son's boots had a "blowout" in February, and no shoe stores carried childrens boots at that time of year. I ordered the boots on a Monday morning, and they were at my door on Tuesday afternoon. I can't say enough great things about Zappos. I have told everyone I know about your great service and I hope you gain more customers from it. Thanks again!
