Not true to size -
Cute, but too small. I went up a 1/2 size, but that was not enough...Since it doesn't come in 1/2 sizes the next size up would have been too big. Unfortunately, I had to return them. I wish they fit! I was very impressed with the simplicity of the return process. Excellent customer service!

I love this shoe! It is amazing. The only issue is the Rafia. It starts to look tattered very quickly after you wear them for the first time. It runs a whole size small as well. I am a 9 and ordered the 10 and it is a perfect fit.

Overall I like this shoe. It is comfortable, looks great and the quality of the leather is good. The Rafia or material on the heel however is starting to get ragged and I have only worn them a few times. Also this shoe runs very small. I wear a 9.5 and got the 10 based on reviews that it ran small and they still could be a bit larger for a perfect fit. So for a perfect fit I would have to get a 10.5 which they don't offer. I will remember this the next time I look at a pair of Born shoes.

The shoe is beautiful and made well, however, it was sized at least a half size smaller and a full width narrower than the size marked.

I do wear 8.5 in shoes ordered 9M but still to small. I have to now return it for a size 10M.

I fell in love with this pair of shoes and had to have them! But let me tell you...they absolutely killed my feet. I had to return them. I have tons of Born shoes and this is the only one I have ever had problems with. I was so disappointed.

I bought this shoe because it has the look of an espadrille and a wedge. I work 10-12 hrs on my feet and never had a break in period. I have a high arch and instep and this shoe is one of the few that gives me enough room across the top of my foot. The shoe has a surprising spring in the sole which adds for comfort. I would love another pair!

These run really small and seem too narrow for an average foot. And unless you have a high instep, I think that the upper strap would be too loose for someone with a narrow foot. Compared to other Born shoes, these are small. Too bad because they area really cute.

Great looking sandal -
Will need a bit of a breaking in period though, especially around the toe area. Very versatile sandal - looks great with capris, shorts, and jeans. With Born I always order a size up. Generally wear an 8.5 - ordered a 9 in these. Can't wait to wear these now that the weather is finally getting warmer!

I tried this shoe on at a store and it seemed wider than when I received this pair from Zappos. I think they will stretch and be fine. I haven't had a pair of Born shoes yet that I have not loved!

I have a big time blister on my right big toe from wearing this shoe. The sole, however, is very comfortable and I received lots of compliments.

Very cute and comfortable - exactly what I expect from Born but these shoes were too wide for my slightly narrow foot so I had a hard time keeping them secure when walking. A backstrap would have been helpful. These shoes seem wider than my other Born shoes.
