Purchased chippewa 12" wellingtons -
First time Zappos customer and what a great group of people to deal with A+++ Boots came exactly as described and fit like a glove true to size chart and width with an excellent arch support. I wear them all day every day at work and got many compliments on how well they look.

Chippewa's 12" Wellington -
These are very nice boots. Chippewa has been a favorite for years, Workmanship is first class and the leather uppers will outlast me. My only complaint would be that the shaft is too small for my foot. Once they are on they fit like custom made. I would buy them again and again. Mike

Quality is the best description of this boot -
These boots are expertly made with beautiful leather. The toe and heal look great yet provide good stability. I love 'em.

I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!). I cannot express my sincere thanks for the exceptional quality of service and the selection of shoes.
