I've tried a ton to help with some mild/chronic metatarsal pain and these (coupled with awesome Asics shoes) have been the only thing to help.

I've been using these particular items for about 8 years. The comfort is extraordinary. I walk to live with the only pair of feet I have. Comfort is important.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
