Ugly shoe - but I love them! Foot surgery - no more open toe shoes, and I wanted a summer sandal. At first I thought that these looked like "little old lady shoes" - hey, I am a little old lady! But after wearing them to school, I teach high school, I found out that my students thought they were super cute. I ordered the beige/bone - they go with everything from crop pants to skirts. My only complaint is that the shoe fits differently from my other pairs - the heel is up higher. They do not rub against my ankle and I am getting used to them. Zappos has been a blessing, not knowing what shoes will work and what ones won't...

I purchased this shoe for my mother. She is a diabetic and can't walk on her own. Her feet are always bloated and I didn't want to pay for an expensive shoe she couldn't walk on. I have bought shoes from Zappos before and saw they offer shoes up to size XX (4E). I purchased the beige colored ones and I thought the shoe was going to be too big/or not big enough. They fit perfectly and she loves them. People have comment on how stylish they look compared to most diabetic shoes. I would like to thank Zappos and Propet for having shoes in this size and for free shipping you offer to your customers.

I have this in teak and while the color is kind of so-so, the fit is awesome! It's the best fitting pair of shoes I have ever owned. Love them.

These shoes are the first pair of shoes I have ever had that are too wide. I have wide feet so this is a nice change ... but I put insoles in them and have to wear two pairs of socks. But they are so cute.

So comfortable! I first bought these in black and fell in love with everything about them, then I had to get them in the brown and bone. They go with everything I own. Dresses, skirts, pants, jeans – can dress up or down. I get TONS of compliments on them no matter what I wear them with. They actually fit perfectly on my very wide and very short feet with a very high arch. I wish that there were more colors (red and navy blue would be great). I am very hard to fit (not many make a 4E for a high arch), and these are great when I am on my feet all day – work, running errands, shopping at a mall or in a warehouse type place. My feet don't hurt and never feel pinched.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! It feels like you are walking on pillows. They run a bit big, but not enough that I would order a size smaller.

Weird fit -
I loved these when I put them on, but within a day or so, the toe box had stretched - there was way too much room in the toes (I wear a WW) and the shoe kept gapping as I walked. I returned that pair and ordered a smaller width, which was too tight. It was weird, though, how the shoe seemed to stretch as I wore it. Disappointing because they were SO comfortable at first.

Absolutely fabulous. Feels like a slipper. I'm very hard to fit but these worked! Right out of the box I wore them all day at work, without socks and no sore spots or sore feet. The look is great with pants, a little frumpy with skirts but the comfort makes up for it.

Another great shoe from Propet -
I bought these for a trip to San Francisco in June, and have been wearing them shopping, etc. around here. So far, so good! I wanted a fisherman-type (I'm always stubbing my toes), and this was the closest thing I could find. I'm happy with it, as I am with all my Propet shoes. (Six pairs so far, all different.)

Little Pillows -
I put these shoes on and told my husband it felt like I was walking on little pillows! Seriously, I didn't want to take them off. This is the perfect walking shoe!

Excellent stylish walking shoe -
I've bought all three colors and love them! They look very expensive and feel like a million! Walk the day away and still have energized feet! Lots of toe room for bunions and diabetics. Just enough heel to give you a lift, but not strain the balls of your feet.

These seem to stretch every time I wear them. But they are so comfortable I got a pair in a different color. They look good with pants or skirt while at work.

Very cute shoe, but not as comfortable as I expected it to be. Not much support from a company that makes walking shoes. It feels thin underfoot. I'm keeping them because I like the way they look, and they're fairly comfortable. Don't take off on a long walk in these!

Comfortable, but I thought the stitching was white -
I was surprised that the stitching is a medium blue color. That limits what I can wear them with somewhat, but overall, a cute shoe with the comfort of a clod hopper!

I love the look of these shoes and they are very comfortable. I do wish that Propet shoes had a little more of an arch. That's the only thing that keeps them from being a perfect shoe.

Great shoe for my hard to fit feet!
I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes that fit. When I do, I'm thrilled. So I bought 2 pairs in different colors.

Nice Shoe for Skirts -
I bought this shoe because I have flat feet, wear an orthotic, and I wanted something that would look nice with skirts. My orthotic fits in this shoe. The shoe is comfortable, although on first wearing it rubbed on the top of my second toe. I'm hoping this will stop as the leather softens up. The shoe is comfortable for walking.

I was looking for a comfy but "office-casual" style shoe in brown. Based on the other reviews, I decided to order my regular size (7 1/2 Medium) as well as a 7 medium. Since I have a high instep, I figured that the extra width everyone was commenting on would probably be OK. The 7 1/2 Medium and 7 Medium were almost identical in fit width-wise and definitely too wide for my feet. The 7 1/2 Medium and the 7 Medium were true to size in length. I then decided to order a 7 1/2 Narrow and this ended up being the perfect size. The shoe was immediately comfortable - I wore it to work the next day with light socks and had no trouble with pinching or rubbing. The cushioning and the quality of construction is excellent. I have given the shoe a 4 for looks, because the sockliner is a very light color and shows when I wear the shoe. I gave it a moderate rating for the arch support, but since my instep and arch are higher than normal, it may be just right for others.

I wore this shoe right out of the box. Although it's "flatter" than most of my shoes, it still is dressy enough for me to wear out to dinner and to church. (I can't wear high heels.) The leather is soft and is comfortable with or without stockings.
