Nice simple looking backpack - As a college student who has to carry around her laptop and books, I needed a backpack that would hold both. This backpack has enough room for all my needs, plus more without being too big and bulky. What I like most about the backpack is its simple, sleek look.

EXCELLENT backpack:: GREAT price -
I needed a very utilitarian backpack to carry my laptop (and client files) to & from work, and this pack is working perfectly. The only slight negative about it is that my shoulders are very narrow & the straps come in just a little too much around my neck - however, my boyfriend has the Ron Burgundy color of this same backpack & he doesn't have that problem at all. This is a great bag for a really great price... most of the other bags I looked at cost twice as much and only looked half as good (and most didn't have a padded laptop compartment at all)!

Nice bag, just a few things to make it perfect -
I liked the simplistic look of this bag when I saw it
not all of the flashy colors and tie down cords or bulky pockets. I bought this to carry mostly my laptop and a few other accessories when I ride my motorcycle to work. I like the straps. They are thick, padded, and comfortable. The construction is top notch, seems very durable and well made with nylon cord sewn into a lot of the seams. The only down fall for me in this bag is the mentioned carry strap that cuts into the back of the neck. I have not decided if I want to remove it yet or not. Honestly I don't notice it after I have worn it for a while. The only other thing is the amount and size of pockets. They are either too large or too small for the things I carry. I could go for a few smaller pockets on the inside main pouch as there is only one for a laptop. There are a lot in the front zippered pouch, but I could use more. Overall I really like the clean lines of the bag and I am glad that I went with it.

Very comfortable.
I was looking for a bag for my walk to work but I have a bad shoulder and lower back, this bag feels like a feather, even when it's full.

Strong and Sturdy Bag.
Well made strong and sturdy bag with plenty of room for all my books and laptop. I even had room for all my cd's both mice and a special place for my Zune. Soooo happy with this bag.

You won't be disappointed!
This bag is really great! No matter how many books I stuff it with, it still looks sleek, it's easy to carry, and it's durable to boot! Not at all flimsy. Lots of useful inner compartments, so I don't need to carry a handbag. The inside is really quite deep - I lost an umbrella and a bottled water down there once, but rather too much room than not enough, right?

Did not work for me -
This bag turned out to be kind of a dud. The other reviews that complained about the strap at the neck were right - there is no way I could use this bag without cutting that strap off, it digs right into the back of my neck and is really uncomfortable. I don't want to risk getting stuck with the bag if cutting the strap creates other problems, so its going back as is. Nice looking bag, but really needs to be redesigned.

The bag is great, it holds all the billions of textbooks that I always seem to be carrying around. It's also very convenient to have the many pockets, including the built-in laptop case. However, when you actually use the laptop case it makes the bag squeak and it kind of drives me nuts. But all in all it's a good bag.

I dig this backpack a lot, but my one complaint is that the straps attach on the lower portion of the backpack at a funny place and if you have even the slightest bit of love handles (not that I do...) both sides tend to rub up against them constantly. This could probably be fixed by adjusting the straps or some sit ups.

Not as good in reality as it appears -
These bags look good from a distance, but are not well-designed. It's as if they designed them without testing them at all with actual accessories and actual people. The hand strap at the top of the shoulder straps is extremely uncomfortable. There's no way to wear it without it cutting into your neck. And while they have a good number of pockets, they really need to be better subdivided and thought out to be useful.

Pure Quality -
First off- this is the coolest looking backpack I have ever seen. The brown pinstripe looks so dope. I'm a student and this pack easily holds everything I need and more. It holds much more than it looks like and has that cool slim look to it. One of my pet peeves on backpacks is when they stick out like 4 feet from your back when its full, but the cool thing about this pack is that it doesn't do that at all. It stays nice and skinny and doesn't poke out, even with tons of stuff in it. The only lame thing is the holding strap is placed like right where your neck is supposed to be. But after a quick cut of this strap I was on my way to 5 star comfort. My past two backpacks have been Ogio, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Ogio makes quality products, no doubt. Overall, great pack that looks sweet, holds all you need, and nobody has it which makes it even cooler.

This bag is so attractive.
Three things though, typical back pack "handles" are usually a nylon webbing loop behind the zipper on the top of the bag, but on this bag, the "handle" is sewn between the straps. When not wearing the bag, you can hang the bag up on a hook nicely, but when on your back, the handle becomes flat and if you wear your bag snug, it kind of feels like it's cutting into your neck. It looks good, but I have to wear the bag looser because of the handle.
Second thing, the lining inside the bag is a plastic-kind of material that I don't like the feel of, but I guess the material will help make the bag water repellant.
Third thing, the outside pockets are tight and hard to access, maybe this will change as the bag breaks in.
Despite all this, I still really like the bag and am getting a lot of use out of it.

Bad design, good design -
Look carefully at 'View 5' when you pop up Zappos' several images to get a closer look at this bag - the carrying handle will be cutting right across the back of your neck if you like your bag to fit snugly. I don't mind a loose fit, except then my laptop is banging against my back as I walk; so, Im going to cut the handle off. Now I like carrying handles, so this is a tough call, but on the plus side, this is a good price for a high quality laptop bag. Its lightweight compared to many heavy duty laptop bags, I finally felt like my laptop wasn't the monkey on my back! And despite this bag's slim profile, it still has a good amount of space for a couple textbooks and notebooks and even a sweater. I'm not looking forward to messing with the design by cutting the handle off, but the bag simply wouldn't work without getting rid of that obstruction. OGIO, did you forget to have a variety of people try this bag on before manufacturing it?

Thank you OGIO -
These people know how to make back packs. I made the mistake of getting a one strap type bag. I soon switched. OGIO has a good fit and I can put everything and more into it than I could my old bag and I'm still way more comfortable on my long walk. I also like how you can release the shoulder straps to make it easy to take off and when you put it back on just grab the straps and tighten to your perfect fit.

 | | Zappos, Such service is only to be imagined by others outside of your company and customers! I placed a sizable order on late Thursday, and by early Friday afternoon, the goods had been delivered, unwrapped, and were being admired. It's no wonder that "Z" pops to my mind, when I want quality, expediency, and total satisfaction. After "Z", only Zappos can follow!
