Super soft and comfy!
I love this hoodie. It is really soft and comfortable. I got brown and it's just as expected, very cute. It should serve me well in a variety of midwest seasons. I have a lot of TNF stuff, pretty much every coat or jacket I own, and I found this to be run relatively large for North Face. I got an XS, and could easily have used an XXS if such size existed.

We got this for my daughter and it's perfect. Lightweight yet very warm. I can't wait for her to outgrow it so I can have it!

This is a really good hoodie -
I love all North Face apparel, and this is a really cool hoodie. I ordered the black and the blue, but I kept just the black. I don't like jackets to be really tight, and I thought this would be slim fitting, but it worked out great!

This is the softest hoodie on the planet!!! I got it in the gypsy pink/brownie brown and I love the color. I believe it runs true to size because normally I wear an extra small but I got the small so I had a little extra room in it. The most mind boggling thing is I ordered this at 9:30 at night and got it at noon the next day!!!

Soft and very warm!!!
I really like this jacket. It is warm and not bulky. Perfect for our weather here in LA. Just be sure to wash at least 3 times, by itself, before wearing to reduce shedding.

Incredibly soft. Fit is appropriate except the waist line seems a bit snug compared to the body. High quality...my new fave NF jacket. The blue color is great too.

The softest jacket I have ever owned!

Terrible Shedding!
I have washed this hoodie five times now and the shedding is still a terrible problem. I would never have purchased this item had I known the extent of the problem.

This was the first time I ordered from Zappos and I loved the company. I ordered the Oso hoodie and the following day I received it!!! Because it is warm I have not worn the hoodie, but I did try it on and it is beautiful. I did notice it shed a lot, but I knew that already because I had read other reviews. I have to say that my first experience was great and I hope to use Zappos in the future again.

I like it. It's quite cozy and VERY soft... the reviews were right on! I'd say it runs a little on the small side though. I'm 5'4, about 120 lbs and small fits perfectly. An xs would've been way too snug.

Beware of the initial shedding!
I love everything about this jacket (style, fit, comfort) but beware of the initial shedding period! It is so soft and furry like a real pet that it sheds like one! But don't be too alarmed, it does go away with time. Other than this, it really is an awesome light jacket, well worth the price.

The jacket is incredibly comfortable and looks great, but there was no note of the fact that there is no elastic in the waistband of the jacket. I gave the jacket as a gift and was disappointed when she put it on and it fit everywhere comfortably until she tried to zip it up and the waistband could not stretch to fit her.

I love this jacket true to size, I am 5'7" about 129 lbs. bought a medium, plenty of room. Almost feels tailor made for me. Shorter length, not so bulky around the hips, ends at about the hip bones. The softest warmest jacket I have. I am 45 years old and my daughters are 20 and 18 we all love this jacket. Zappos service is unbelievable ordered at 3:00pm one day, at my door the next day as promised...thanks.

This is great casual light jacket. It's warm and has a great feel to it. It's true to size unless you want to wear a thick sweater underneath it. Would work great under a bigger winter coat for super cold fall/winter days.

I love Zappos!
I bought this hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. She LOVED it but preferred a different size. Zappos is the best. I ordered her the size she wanted and we had it the next day. I returned the other and your crediting is fast and efficient. I always love ordering from you guys.

This is by far the softest jacket I have ever touched. My daughter was so thrilled with it. It only leaves her body when she goes to bed at night. As always, great shipping and great service!

FABULOUS but order up one size at least -
This is the most amazing thing I have ever put on in my life! I shouldn't have put it on at all, as I ordered it for my daughter, LOL, but then I ordered one for myself as well!
The pink one is a delicious baby pink, and the black one looks lush and velvety. Gorgeous yet very, very cool and hip since they are hoodies. Only Zappos had these! Thanks, Zappos!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After unsuccessfully locating this jacket in any stores near me, I searched the internet. I decided to go with Zappos because they offered free overnight shipping at the time. I am sooo glad that I went with Zappos! Their customer support is second to none, and the jacket arrived as fast as promised! I love this jacket! It is sooo comfortable and soft (everyone comments on how soft it looks). It runs true to size, so think about if you are going to layer with it or not. I definitely recommend this jacket and Zappos!!

First of all, I have to say that ZAPPOS is amazing, order at night, and the next afternoon the box is on my front step! Price Protection is a great service all of you should utilize! My daughter has been begging for this coat, she will be so happy. North Face makes awesome products! Runs true to size.

My absolute favorite fleece... EVER!!!
The first time I ordered 2 of these fleeces. One in black (to be used for an every day fleece) and one in the blue color to wear on special days. I ordered both in a Small. When they arrived, I tried the blue one on first. (I just want to add that this color is GORGEOUS!). It fit very well, however, if I had something heavier on such as a big sweat shirt, it would not fit properly. While I was agonizing in my head over what to do, I had a perfect idea! My blue hoodie I would keep because of the flattering fit, this would be my fleece for special days like going out for dinner, etc. I decided for my every day fleece (in black), I would like just a little more room. I exchanged it for a medium. I have worn this fleece probably 26 out of the 30 days since it arrived. Don't let the softness of the material fool you into thinking that this fleece isn't warm... Quite the opposite - this is the warmest fleece I've ever owned and - let me tell you something, that hood has been a life saver! I have 2 dogs which I walk 4 times a day. When I'm out with them and I need a little extra warmth, I just put the hood on and I'm all toasty warm! It was a bit pricey for a fleece - BUT WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. No joke, I love my fleece. It's also great to wear under your winter coat. This is a versatile, stylish, and warm fleece. If you're going to be making this your every day fleece, I do suggest a medium. I am 5'3.5”, 125 lbs - pretty average. As I said, the small fit perfectly, but didn't allow for too much movement or layering options - but perfect for going out. The medium allows you to do just about anything. To any moms debating about buying this for a daughter or other female - DO IT! This is the most perfect feminine, yet amazingly warm fleece... EVER!

I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much!
