Crackles when you move -
Zappos is great. Generally North Face is great. This coat crackles when you move. The zipper rubs on the neck. The belt is cumbersome and the length is too long for a size small. It is warm and stylish but I haven't received one compliment despite other coats and jackets that I have worn.

Great jacket!
This jacket is stunning. It's heavy enough to feel like a real jacket, but not bulky. Goes great with jeans. It hits my waist a bit shorter than shown in picture.
