The shoes are comfortable and very stylish. I\'m a size 6M and all the shoes I\'ve purchased from Zappos have fit perfectly. Zappos is the best on-line company I\'ve ever dealt with. Keep up the good work.

These are stylish shoes for work that do not have an excessively high heel. I have wide feet, so it\'s nice to find shoes like this in wides. Because my feet are big, when I look down on these shoes, they seem to make my feet look bigger, but a co-worker tells me that it\'s not obvious to her. There is a gel heel pad in these shoes, which is a nice feature. You could walk a lot in these shoes and not have your feet hurt. Good value for the price.

This was a nice looking shoe that came in a wide width. I ordered a WW because with the pointy toes, I knew it would feel smaller near the top. This brand runs narrow. The shoes looks nice on and was fits great. This shoe looks good and dresses up a pants suit.

The shoes I ordered were better than I expected! I had to exchange sizes and the Zappos customer service staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely order with them again.

I have bunions so am always looking for cute shoes that are a bit wide in front, but with a normal snug heel, and which fit high enough on the foot to cover the bunions. These shoes fit the bill. The pewter color is very subtle, not shiny silver, will look great with charcoal or greys. The shoes aren't terribly expensive, so the inside feels a bit scratchy/cardboardy. I do wish Fitzwell made this cute shoe with a slightly more substantial shaped heel for a bit more wearability, but they're cute for dress-up.

Great shoes, never heard of the brand before but will be repeat customer in future. True to size. With such tiny feet (size 4) it's a treat to find stylish AND comfortable shoes, both insoles and soles are padded and comfy. Zappos service was superb, shoes arrived in less than two days!

Looked cute in the picture, but when I tried them on they looked like witch shoes. Also squeezed my toes and the edges of the shoe were rough and scratchy. Uncomfortable in every way. I do have another pair of Fitzwells - Valora - that I really like. This one just didn't work for me.

Fitzwell finally -
I took a chance on this shoe, because I have had bad luck in the past with sizing on Fitzwell shoes. I am glad I did. They are a perfect true to size fit. They look a lot better in person and I fell in love with them right when I put them on. Good with jeans and suits. Lots of compliments. They are a dark metal color. Can work as black or grey. Thanks Zappos!!!

I have been searching for a gray/silver dress shoe that didn't say "wedding" for a long time. The detail on the front of this shoe is amazing. I get tons of compliments. True to size. Don't much care for the heel, but the rest of the shoe helps me overlook that.

Another winner -
I have now ordered for myself four pairs of foot wear. Only one I have returned, I love the on line reviews. They have really helped in selecting comfortable shoes. These shoes I normally would not consider as I have bunions and work in a job where I am on my feet a lot. Guess what, they are great! I bought my regular size 8 1/2M, thought if I needed the extra width I could return them for a wide. Wore them to Church on Sunday and throughout the day visiting family and was comfortable as well as stylish. Thanks again.

Great shoe -
These shoes are very comfortable despite the pointy toe. For someone who wears running shoes all of the time these are surprisingly comfortable. They look great too and I think that they will last me long time, not too trendy.

Nice but not as comfortable -
These shoes are pretty nice, but they tend to be a little uncomfortable in front. The opening design hits exactly where my little toe is and makes him want to escape out. I guess I can deal with that.

Odd sizing -
This is a great looking (almost 80s throwback) shoe. However, I had to order it in about seven sizes and still couldn't get one of them to fit me! The WW is a necessity if you have a wide foot, although the sides gapped for me. Both the grey and black are eye-turning--if only I had a narrower foot!

Not worth it.
These shoes don't seem to run true to size at all- first I ordered my usual size which was a bit too big, and then I ordered a half size smaller and it was even bigger. The leather could be a better quality and the heel as well. One pair- the smaller size- cut across my foot at a bad spot and seemed like it wouldn't be very comfortable. The ring and stud details are really cute though, and the toe point is just right. Too bad they didn't work out!

These are SO cute. I want to keep them but I only need so many grey shoes- maybe I'll order them in a different color though. They are comfy, sexy and the perfect work or going out shoe.

Young woman with bad feet -
Although I have wide feet and usually have to wear inserts for my arches, these shoes were comfy standing at a party for 5 hours. I wear them with jeans, but would prob be nice with the right skirt too. The pewter color is really cool, and I think they are prettier in person.

They do not FIT WELL!
Man, I want to love these shoes. They are SO pretty. I have been searching for stylish grey pumps for a long time. But, they HURT. I originally purchased a size 5, which were way too big, so I exchanged for a Size 4.5. The Size 4.5 fits, but the back of the heels cut me in the most painful of ways. I will try to use those heel cushions to see if that helps relieve the blisters.
Again, these shoes are SOO pretty, but for me they are extremely painful, and therefore very disappointing.

I love these shoes!
These are really comfortable shoes. They have a little gel pocket in the heel that makes them really comfortable, and they are roomy in the toe. They look good, and I've gotten lots of compliments on them!

Stylish, yet comfortable -
I was looking for a dress shoe that was still comfortable. There is plenty of room in the toe box, yet the shoe looks very stylish. Heel height is easy to wear all day.

It is very pointy in the front. My regular size was too small as my toes felt squished in the front. I got a 1/2 size bigger, and I'm good!

This is a great shoe...very cute, very comfortable. Love the detail on the front. Wish the heel was just a bit higher though. And I noticed that my pair shows scratches pretty easily (pewter).

Nice shoe for the price -
Attractive low-to-mid height shoe. There's little in the navy color in selection right now that can go with slacks or a dress - this does the trick. On second wearing, one shoe loosened up a lot across the ball of my foot where the open spaces are. It fit better before that happened, but is still easily wearable.
