Great shoes -
I love these shoes; I purchased them in gold and silver and had the shoe shop dye the gold part black. Now, they are silver and black, which goes with most of my wardrobe. I had a torn tendon in my ankle in 2007, I can't wear heels very long, and so this style is perfect. Please offer them in white!!!

Love them!!
My friend had these and I had admired them for a while, but Helle is hard to find in stores. When I found them in Zappos I just had to order them and I love them, love them, love them!! They are soooo comfortable, and with the decorations, so different. I've been stopped by a couple of people who asked where I got them. They run a bit small-go up a size. They're worth the price!

Won't be my last pair...
This is the first pair of Helle shoe's I've purchased...they are extremely comfortable, plus fun to wear! What else could you want! My only suggestion is to make sure you go up a 1/2 size, as they do run slightly smaller than average.

Really Spectacular Shoe -
I wanted a comfortable sandal with bling and just couldn't find anything at the mall. I found these at Zappos and they are exactly what I had in mind. These sandals make a fashion statement while offering support and comfort. People have stopped me in my tracks to comment and ask about what brand they are and where I got them. They're a little pricey but worth every penny.

2 or 3 yr old Tai -
I have diabetes so my feet bother me a lot. I bought several pair of these Helle comfort shoes. I love them because 1 foot swells a lot and I can adjust w/ the velcro closures. I highly recommend them.

I have this shoe in another style and wherever I wear the shoe I receive many compliments. Yes, they are very comfortable and durable. I purchased my first pair from a store in Vegas. It was my "lucky day" because I purchased the last pair.

A great looking and comfortable shoe!
I was trying to find the perfect fitting sandal and it took a few times. I would have never found it with out the customer service team. Once receiving them it was love at first fit. The picture on-line does it no justice. So comfortable and worth the price! Love them and love the Zappos team!

Smaller than expected -
I was so disappointed after receiving this shoe. It runs very small both in length and width. The insole is removable, but my orthotic didn't even fit inside the shoe. It's got great style and I only wish it came in more widths. For some reason, I expected more for the $.

An adorable sandal. I had hoped the straps could be adjusted to fit my size 4 foot and even though the footbed is the right length, it was a no go. I was sorry to have to send them back.

WONDERFUL sandals. I have back and foot problems so most sandals don't give me enough support. These have the comfort of tennis shoes and the looks and style of great sandals. Worth every penny!

Helle is the only brand to wear from now on!
I bought the Tai gold & silver for my 95 year old mother, Mildred. Last year she fractured a bone in her foot which finally healed (the doctor said elderly people many times have compression fractures just from their own weight. The bones get that fragile. She said not to ever let her stand or walk without shoes on with good arch support. The I remembered my own wonderful pair of Helle shoes (now 12 years old and still look like new since replacing the insoles...don't they ever wear out?!). They have great arch support. Bottom line...they are great for her and, of course, adjustable if her feet swell. I am getting ready to order again for myself. Price seems high? Trust me...they are exceptional comfort, long wearing, wonderfully made...you will get your money's worth.

Comfort and style -
There is a very limited selection of shoes available to accommodate orthotics. Usually the selection is frumpy and dated looking. I find the Tai comfortable, accommodates my orthotics and it is fun to wear; a welcome change to the world of serviceable, dowdy looking footwear!

Weird lump in sole near arch -
Very cute shoe and felt true to size but maybe a bit short. But there is a weird bump just below where the arch bump should be? Manufacturing mistake??? Such a cute shoe...better looking than the pics.

 |  | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family.
